How do I get out of the left menu section. It no longer has the rpm guage on it, but has the menu. I have tried holding the left arrow to exit, but it doesn't go away.

My Mondeo (that's basically a Fusion) has the same "semi-digital" dash, but has half of those options. Mine is a titanium version

Where are the normal RPM & Temp gauges . hello we are younger the Coolant are for safety. Rpm gauge will also show when your running a non- Synthetic oils 0W20 💯 Synthetic oils. Hello how to regain normal temp & RPM gauge displays?

You should say what year and model you used My 2015 doesn't display speed as a number anywhere, and my brothers 2013 includes climate on the right, making it 4 on the right Both are the ford taurus SHO That display subtly changes a surprisingly large bit year over year

I have a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD. I have a question regarding the lock feature called "Relock" in the Vehicle Section under Locks. Is this for the vehicle to relock itself when it's left unlock when I leave the vehicle and I accidentally forget to lock the vehicle. Please help.

Hello. I just bought a used 2014 Explorer XLT. I have been trying for two days to figure out how to see my engine temperature gauge. Could you post a short video on how that happens specifically? I think I might have it from the information in this video but not quite sure as I haven't tried it yet. Either way...I would like to see how scroll to that menu. Thanks. DR

Unfortunately this isn’t all you need to know because there is no info about reading the actual indicators. The temp gauge for instance. How do you read the temp gauge? All there is is a temp icon and a line. An h and a c. It doesn’t look any different when it’s cold. The line with the temp icon doesn’t move. I’ve looked nearly every place I can think of for this info but no one seems to want to mention it. If it’s that obvious why doesn’t the line with the temp icon go down to the c when it’s cold? On mine it stays in the middle no matter what like it’s not really a gauge at all. Any info would be great. It’s driving me nuts.

The yellow seat light on the right side of the display is on at the bottom. What does that mean? I was driving and my seat belt I noticed was locked. I press it down to lick, but the light won't go off? What should I do?

In my new car I can’t find the odometer reading. Where I think the reading should be it shows the same number as the trip 1 & 2 number. How do I is how it. It’s to the left of the auto start logo under the fuel gauge.

I just bought a 2019 Ford Edge Sel. Was driving the other day and a red ALERT COLLISION came on. Wasn’t doing anything or that to happen. Kinda freaked me out. What was that all about? Also, you didn’t speak on the 🚗 with green lines on each side and what that is. Curious.

I'm coming from a 2012 Accord where a TMPS alarm only went off of your tite pressure was low. Do any of the Ford models, or Sync versions simply tell you the exact tire pressure on demand? That snd OBD-2 codes are what I'd like to see.

I own a 2017 ford fusion and it's possible to see the tire pressure for each wheel on the information display next to the speedometer. It's not related to the sync 3 system in any way. I think it's safe to assume that it works the same way in any new ford vehicle.

The controls function the same way but there exact settings and features will differ on the various model years

Recently purchased the Edge 2020 SEL model. My dashboard daytime fluorescent lighting goes off as I drive. Can this be fixed to illuminate continually while driving in the daytime? PS it stays well lit when dark. (Only owned this car 2 months and still learning about it. Thank you!

Thanks I just bought me 2021 Everest XLT Sport. Definitely this is helpful. Only need to switch few as here in South Africa the steering wheel is on the right side (like the UK). Struggling to figure out the LIGHTS Panel. I too busy to check with dealer. If you could make a video regarding the Lights control (fog, beam, parking, etc) thanks

some fords have 4 options and some fords have 3 options on the right screen. entertainmant, navigation phone and speedometer. i dont have the speedometer, why is this? its a bit weird for a car from 2016 to not have a digital speedometer... i mean you have aallll those options but cant see how fast you are going digitally. is there a way to see your current speed?

@@omertirpan9435 As far as I know, you can't. You must have a newer panel that can display the speed digitally.

I recently bought a 2020 Fusion Titanium. All I can get on the right side box is a compass. My '16 SE had all the stuff you mention here. The 2020 has only 5K miles. Do I need a warrenty repair for this or was it changed on the right for the model year.

Hello... After connecting my friends phone to my 2017 Ford fusion I'm now unable to charge my phone. I repeatedly get a "USB device is using too much power" error. Any idea how to fix? I've tried different cords with no luck... It worked just fine since I bought the car. Somehow, pairing a different phone a single time has messed something up... I haven't found much info on the web about what might be happening so far. Any help would be much appreciated 👍.

I have a 2017 Ford Fusion Sport and I never use the car's built-in USB ports (both the one under the digital screen and one in the center console box) to charge my phone. My phone has 65 Watt charging capabilities, so I just went ahead and put in a specialized dual slot cigarette lighter charger (35 Watt charging capability) to charge my phone. On the other hand, I plug in my USB thumb drive with MP3's into the car's USB slots and it plays music to the digital screen just fine. The car's built-in USB ports output a max of 9.36 Watts of charging power when the digital screen is off, and only 6.136 Watts when the screen is on. USB is a shared bus, that includes sharing power to both USB ports, so if you already have something plugged into one of your two USB ports that uses a decent amount of power and then you try to plug a power-hungry phone into the other one, it will complain about it. The digital screen is what's providing data and/or power to both USB ports.

My Ford Focus Electric EV does have this cluster, however I do not have the entertainment option in the right screen. Only the butterflies (Leaves on all other fords using this cluster). My question is. Do you use Sync 2 or Sync 3 on your car? Also: Could this be regional? My FFE is in Europe, and I would guess you are in the US.

This vehicle is equipped with Sync 3. There may be regional differences as far as what options are displayed on the dashboard. There may also be dashboard display differences between electric and gas powered vehicles.

You have an error code that may or may not tell you the actual problem! I get it when drive over 70mph for a length of time and it goes away when I restart the h e car and don't come back till I repeat the same speed driving. My check engine light stays on, but intermittently goes off, but the code says O2 sensors! If it was, then why would it go out from time to time without a repair??

how do you make these settings stay ? i know how to navigate the menu but each time i start the vehicle the settings go back to HOME and i have to again navigate to display the information i want. so how can these stay fix even after the vehicle is turned off ?

The dash is lame!!! Why do I need the audio to show on the screen & the dash?? I would like a digital speedometer and distance to empty similar to my Toyota Carolla on the dash where it is easily seen!!!

You need forscan to activate the digital speedometer.
