Күн бұрынI took a 2008 Ford E350 12 passenger van and turned it into the ultimate stealth camper van conversion! This van build comes complete with 300w of solar, 100ah lithium battery, fresh water system, LED lighting, sleeping for 2, hand crafted drawer system, cabinets, a toilet and even a bar! Becky l have just watched you but aside what I have seen l want you to help me seriously.l have this econoline E350 2013 model which involved in an accident my problem is that l need a front cut to repair the damage. The front driver side, the grill and the bumper are all totally damaged can you please help me by letting me know the cost and shipping.

This is the best layout and design I’ve seen. So clean and simple, yet covers all the bases with comfort and ease. Totally livable! Only thing I could think to add is the possibility of a hanging bar across the back if people wanted to hang clothes for wear or just to dry. But overall this is TOP NOTCH!

I dig the Long Drawer... the retractable Lid was a Game Changer! I just bought a '10 e250 and...well, here I am, so...ya. However I still need it to be a Work Van, so my Build has to basically be a Tool Box that I can Sleep in. GOOD JOB with the Solar,

You might add a folding cutting board that folds up against the electrical area to avoid splashes. The backside of the cutting board could be a mirror to open the space up even more. So electronics covered = mirror showing, electronics not covered = cutting board down in use. Superb work

Finally someone who built a Van the way I have been envisioning it... keeping the OEM headliner and HVAC system. Its a fee years old but thank you so much for sharing!. I literally just picked up my 2014 E350 (12 pax) van today.

@@drawersystems subbed when I heard that. Nice job! How does the suspension do on the 350 with that much weight? My 150 was squatty so I added 990 helper springs, which gave an inch, but I'm not convinced it was the right route.

There was no issue at all with weight. Since this was originally a passenger van, I removed 3 rows of seats which I’m 99% positive weighed more than everything I built and installed. I’m also pretty sure the E350 has a beefier suspension than a 150 or 250. Anyone else know for sure? Either way, no squat and no drive difference once I finished everything up. 😊

I loved the look of everything, so neat and tidy apart from that wall of black switches above the kitchen surface. The hidden cubby above the fridge was a lovely touch.

One underrated part of this build is line of sight to the windows. It's a huge relief to have less blind spots while driving/parking 👍

I have watched many conversion videos and this is by far the best thought out. I like that the sink is near the door for ease of filling/emptying. Most have it on the other side of the van. This makes much more sense! Swivel captain's chair was also genius.

pretty cool. i bet that took an insane amount of work. Lots of great ideas. I couldnt handle those windows tho, i would want them 100% covered. Makes it feel like your hanging out inside a van instead of a home like space.

thanks, yeah I put a lot of hours into that build. Agreed on the windows especially after doing a few vans now....the less windows the better. starting with a commercial van with no windows is ideal as you can always add them during the build.

The bar is definitely designed to only be used at camp and I am highly against drinking and driving. With that said, as long as you aren't drinking and driving, it should not be a problem. The bar is not accessible (can't reach it) by either the driver or passenger from the front seats.

One of my favorite things in these vans and campers are those slide out draws that come all the way out. Seeing them be multifunctional as prep surfaces or other work if you’re doing handywork etc has got to be my favorite features I love that so much for extra function that if I’m outdoors on a nice day I can just pull that out and get access to all of it. Love it.

Thanks! Yeah that long drawer is super useful for storage or a prep/work surface. Whenever approaching a project I always look for ways to get extra utility out of things as space is usually at a premium. 🙌

I've created similar vans. Total cost, not including van, would be roughly $6,000 unless you spent frugally and repurposed materials.

Incredible design. Perfect balance of aesthetics, free space and functionality. Drawer system is very clever, especially the long, slide-out drawer in the "garage." If I ever decide to convert similarly-sized van, I'm definitely emulating a few of your ideas.

After watching dozens of these van build videos this is one of the nicest I've seen and so far the only one that doesn't have the bed sideways across the back. I plan to build one of these and just don't think I want the bed elevated and across the back. Nice job doing something different. Plus the list of products!

I absolutely love this build. Have you ever built something similar for a taller van? And do you sell these modular pieces? those wires hanging out everywhere on people's Vans drives me bananas and you're wiring is absolutely impeccable. Bravo.

Thank you! I'm currently building a Promaster 159 and planning an even bigger/badder electrical system! I'm the same way, messy wires makes my OCD go crazy. Happy to take the time and do the wiring correctly, it's actually very peaceful for me :)

What a superbly crafted, gorgeous van conversion! Great design with features I haven't seen elsewhere. How does the bed work? Also, would love links for drawer slides and locking table supports. Please, please do a build series on your upcoming Promaster!!

Thank you! The bed is a slat design and pulls out in 3 sections. I'll try and get the drawer slide and table support links up today and definitely stay tuned as the Promaster videos will hopefully start coming out by the end of the week. :)

I like your design. I'd put clothes on the top drawers for access once bed is extended. Whatever's not needed can stay tucked away. Your bench/bed to one side is great for access to back door, food in drawers, love the hidden long drawer! I'll be traveling with 2 big dogs and this would work well for them! Nothing else I've stared at would work better, so far, honestly. Great job!!
