Our 2017 F350 diesel truck developed a fuel leak in the fuel filter from a crack on the top of it. It took me a bit to find the crack. When the truck was running, diesel came out in a solid stream, dumping fuel on top of the motor and running down the back. I was able pick up a filter kit from Advance Auto and get the truck home. We will show you how we did it and the mistakes we made changing out the filter and water separator. We could have avoided a couple mistakes by reading the owners manual closer.
