Had the same issue trying to cut heated rear window out of Ka tailgate Mark, I had to cut 2 out and fit one so pressure was on getting good one out in one piece . Frustrating when the wire snags on something . Well done but it aint your first screen your great at it normally.

Wonder how the windscreen guy gets round the same problem with the donor car

What's the typical cost of a screen replacement on these fiestas?
