👍👍 happy days mate , at least your getting somewhere 🤞🤞 hopefully test drive goes well. I’m on it this weekend it’s been going straight into limp last couple of thousand so at least I don’t get the power loss mid drive 😂😂 still getting 63 mpg

😭😭back to the drawing board throttle body seems ok ✅ Map sensor ? Crack shaft sensor? Egr valve ? Co2 sensor ? Turbo? Injectors ? Fuel filter? Glow plugs ? 😂😂😂😂 gunna be a busy bank holiday

Is the trottle body ,done replaced 2 of em ,last time the pedal sensor went out and left the throttle stuck in the middle ,changed both ran like brand new again

yeah throttle body all good , replaced pedal/sensor seemed to have been done recently. 99.999 sure it's the injectors 1 snapped bolt and 2 snapped clamps 🤔 , think they mite of been over tightened

Probably not 😭😭 mine use to be fine for the first 10 miles everyday then just go into slow mode 😂😂 try some dpf cleaner mite catch it early 👍👍

I stopped working on cars when I had to start plugging them in and this is. Sorry I'm unable to help hopefully you can get it sorted 🤞🤔can't you get a throttle body cleaner it may just be sticking open because it's in need of a clean 🤷‍♂️

Seem to just pic cars that need tlc 😭😭 had it one day and ⚠️ lights on .Yeah good idea that mite try that before I take it out 🤔 can’t wait to see how many mpg she does when she’s better

You have to replace the throttle body it is a common failure I have replaced 2 but that was on a ford fiesta titanium and a base model but I'm almost certain you have a defective throttle body

You can also try unplugging the pedal position sensor down by the gas pedal if the throttle body dosent close after doing that you most certainly have a defective throttle body I know given the age it seems impossible but trust me these cars are lemons

Yeah it seems to be getting worse , tried cleaning didn’t work . Not sure if the turbos on the way out 😭😭

Hi mate did you get to the bottom of this? I have this issue, no codes stored, it fires up and runs and dies and sometimes stays running..

I’m gunna try taking the DPF off and cleaning it it’s all linked to previous codes so hopefully that fixes it 🤞🤞 think there just crap engines 😭😭

I’ve read it could also be the fuel filter but I’ve changed mine and it’s still the same

i have the same code and it sounds like a misfire and i switched all the spark plugs but honeslty just considering getting another rvar

It’s your throttle position sensor that’s inside the throttle body The TPS on a fiesta controls a lot of things and probably why your dpf will not regenerate causing it to block

That’s what I thought 😭 had it changed same problem , still getting 60mpg just in limited power mode still can’t regen it crap engine 😂😂

@@thecoincollector1 Did you fit a brand new throttle body or used? If it’s not the throttle body you’ve either got broken wires between the TPS and ecu or a faulty ecu

@@taffpower9347 ⁠put a new one on didn’t fix , checked 📑 previous owner replaced it month before I bought it he spent few quid trying to solve issue by the looks , think your prob right mots up in few weeks so I’ll have to try auto electrician 💰💰💰

injector 4 had gone/ was going just in the middle of replacing it but got another snapped injector bolt , check around the top of injectors you should be able to spot if that's it. ford scan showed throttle peddle but that was fine
