Hi there, I really find your insights about ordering, recalls, updates valuable. I had hoped to join your life cast last night but travelling had me exhausted. I ordered a Ranger and I count on Long McArthur for updates I dont’ seem to be getting from my dealer. If I was anywhere near you I would most definitely make every effort to source my Fords from you. I’m a fan from Canada.

I got that Maverick tumbler and then when I traded it for a Lightning, I was hoping to get a Lightning tumbler but I guess I won’t 😢. Too bad about the Model E program, it’s always helpful to have more chargers available and I thought it was supposed to help stop shady dealer behaviors like increasing mark ups to ridiculous amounts over MSRP. But seems like the electric vehicles are mostly priced at MSRP now.

The program wasn't forcing dealers to do MSRP but forcing them to do transparency pricing for build and buy on Ford website.

Does the less content on the Escape = the new lower price vs the 24 content & price? Or is this another example of shrink-flation? What I don't like is removing features regardless of price, like rain sensing wipers, & leather....

Do you know if a dealer can add intelligent adaptive cruise control to my24 XLT f250 with premium package and sports appearance package? I thought it came standard but I was wrong.

When you say exhausted, means they have none to work with at all or none for future orders? I have a 25 ST ordered and it's in production now. Are they not able to finish it? Or am I safe??

This is for unscheduled orders not ones already scheduled for production.

I’m looking to order a F450 lariat. Do you guys have any allocations for those trucks? If so, who do I call?

F450s are hard right now. We have 14 still unscheduled and it seems only about 1 gets scheduled a month. We probably would not get a production date for your order in the 2024 model year.
