The easiest way to install this i found was this... Removing the stock exhaust, drop the stock pipe from the down pipe first and remove the front exh. mount. with the exhaust hanging down its much easier to cut and can be cut in one piece. When putting the new exhaust in, Start at the back of the car assembling the exhaust as you go and insert it in to the hangers, dont tighten the clamps until after you have the downpipe bolts tightened. Once the downpipe is tightened down, go back and adjust the position of the pipe until its up in place and has plenty of clearance around the suspension components and heat shields, then tighten the clamps.. front clamp first.. then rear clamp. Also that ford tech may have cracked Geeb's downpipe flange when tightening with the impact. The directions say this must be hand tightened only. And I tightened it in 2 steps... alternating between the bolts.. Install went smooth with no problems.. Total time to install was about 45 minutes.

I don't think that Tech ever did any ST exhaust before. Way more steps than when my buddy did my exhaust which is exactly the same you just installed. Oh yeah NO exhaust leaks from day one. I've had it installed over a year now. Great video Ben.

I think I'm going to get the Magnaflow exhaust its a little bit quieter than the Ford Racing/Borla but louder than the Mountune exhaust which is quietest aftermarket exhaust

I have a 2018 focus ST. Can I run a catback exhaust, a BOV, and an intake on the car with just the stock tune? I just want all of the noises, but I am okay with having stock power. Is this bad for the reliability of the car? What are the cons to doing this? I would love to hear your input.

I have a question about the hangers...the CJ pony parts site mentions that you need to get a Cobb hangers kit because Ford designed the 2015 exhaust to use 4 hangers but only comes with 3, . then on your video around min 8:42 the guy says something like "thats where the other hanger needs to be " but there is no hanger so my questions is , did you leave that section without the 4th hanger? did you get an extra hanger? is it true that the OEM only came with 3? .. great channel BTW I already subscribed. i ordered this exhaust and can't f@#cking wait! but it didn't seem like this guy knew what he was doing completely when it comes to exhausts... do you have any regrets from installing through ford.. should i get it installed by someone that does this all the time?

You're supposed to be able to make one cut and get the whole exhaust out that's what they did when they took my stock one out and what's up with your heat shield being all mangled? Sounds good and thx for posting up the video I'm guessing ford techs don't do aftermarket stuff that often lol

Since I'm from europe it's a bit harder to get mountune, well there is one in the UK, but idk. I've seen a nice, good sounding exhaust from HG Performance, which is a company from Germany and it has a really good reputation. You can even select differend kind of pipes to be fitted on your original ones.
