I have wanted to do this conversion since I got my px1. Now I see how simple and easy it is. Will start scouring for the parts I need.

Hope you've got the patience mate. I'm going through this at the moment and also adding a raptor body kit and all I can say is, I am in way over my head lol. I started buying the parts over a month ago and am still trying to get my hands on a px2 bonnet. One arrived a couple weeks ago but it looked like it's been dropped during freight and the freight company won't take any responsibility for the damage. Have taken the bonnet to a panel beaters and he reckons it's beyond repair unfortunately.

I love your ingenuity - 1000 points out of 10 You have done the project I had been considered for years, and so easily. Glad you found that headlight bracket issue before me ;-) Now your next challenge - PX 3 to NextGen Ranger front end - yes I know, that one is a bit more of a challenge.

Great to see someone do this. Maybe you can do a Falcon FG to FGX conversion next. Took me a few months to work out that they were both the exact same body underneath. Although, I prefer the FG compared to the later FGX. Maybe someone might convert a newer one to look like the older one.

Test any wires you join rather than just relying on a colour match. We stuck a PX1 sports bar on a PX2 and plugged in the brake light connector on the left hand side just inside the tub. When it didn't work I traced the wires back and found that, even though the plug and wire colours were the same, Ford had changed the wiring layout between a PX1 & 2 (purple wasn't lining up with the corresponding purple inside the plug and socket) A quick diversion and it was finally up and running.

Gday mate, love your videos, very well made and good content! Wondering if you were able to get an image from the front of the car without the bullbar blocking the view, just to see how the PX1 bonnet lines up with the PX2 grille

the bullbar preety much blocks the line , if your a perfectionist go the px2 bonnet

i would say just bumper & maybe a px2 bumper support, not sure if the px1 & px2 bumper supports are the same

I would lose this bull bar so that the aesthetics are not impeded. You can do more with no bull bar or a different type that allows for a full bumper. But on second thoughts, i guess for your front clearance you require no bumper.

A question, Ive juc finished my conversion but my Low beam go off when i turn my high beams on and i see it did the same on yours , how can I solve this 😢😢, pls Help
