LOL, there's your ford quality right there Just watched the 300 walk up there effortlessly, and here's this new raptor just falling apart after a few fails 🤣 BUILT FORD something
@MegaHannaz9 ай бұрын
Can you please show me the video of a 300 Series "walking up there"? The only 300 Series to make it up this hill so far, was a dark grey one around 2mths ago, which was fitted with aftermarket ARB air lockers front and rear and who knows what other aftermarket parts straight from the ARB catalogue! He had to give it some serious berries to get past the first set of holes and was never "walking it". Breaking a factory tie rod end is not exactly a big issue. At least their diffs are not made of chalk like LandCruisers.
@sashoxxx9 ай бұрын
That's the one, yes. Watch it again then mate, coz it literally walked up there, especially compared to the overhyped craptor. Can you after that show me a singular Raptor making it up there then (in one peace too), since you are talking how it was "the only 300 series to make it"? No? Ok then.. maybe show me how Land Cruisers diffs are made of chalk and are weaker than fords? Coz that's also the first time I'm hearing about that inherent problem they are apparently suffering. I mean, I wouldn't know.. offroading and beating the crap out of 5 different models for the past 20 years.. Also the GR version of the 300 can have factory triple lockers, so I don't know where you were going with all that ARB talk, as if it's a crime to put any aftermarket parts on your offroader, lmao... what a mad lad! A stock GR with only wheels and tires will outperform, and MOST DEFINITELY outlive this poor Raptor five fold - and that's a fact.
@MegaHannaz9 ай бұрын
@@sashoxxx Sorry bud, but it sounds like you are the one that needs to watch that video again... I literally watched it this morning after I saw your comment as the last 2 300 Series LC's that attempted it were dismal fails, including at least one GR that had the amazing triple locker technology that you are bragging about. If your definition of "walking it up" is going back for a run up, mashing the loud pedal for momentum and then hoping that nothing broke, then that's exactly what he did. If you watch the video again (which you need to!) you will even hear the owner of The Springs 4x4 Park (Lucas) make the point that the grey 300 Series has aftermarket ARB air lockers unlike the others before it, which is why I raised it. The previous effort I saw from a white one was embarrassing as he had diagonally opposed wheels spinning everywhere and barely made it past the Tred signs. It seems that the ARB air lockers fixed this problem, but fancy spending circa $130k on a 4x4 and then have to dish out another $5k just to make it lock the wheels properly! 🤣 Look, I don't own a Ford Raptor, or any Ford for that matter, so throw as many stones as you like at them - I honestly couldn't give a rat's tossbag. Just be a little bit more honest in your rhetoric surrounding how fantastic the 300 Series is in comparison and don't embellish the truth so much. One day that $130k glass house of yours is going to get smashed to smithereens! 😉
@sashoxxx9 ай бұрын
Wait, now I'm not only certain you don't own a Raptor, I'm %100 sure you never wheeled in your entire life 🤭 You are clueless mate. No idea what you are saying. Just spamming at this point. At least you are being funny 🤭
@MegaHannaz9 ай бұрын
@@sashoxxx Oh my Lord, how weak!! 🤣 You couldn't come up with a single rebuttal to any of my points, so you decided to play the man instead. Fair enough, if you want me to drop down to a level that you can understand, here we go! If you weren't such a dopey fuckchop in the first place, you would realise that I literally told you that I don't own a Raptor. How long did it take to figure that one out you gronk? 🤦 The funniest bit is you trying to say that I have no idea about wheeling. 🤣 Once again to prove how dopey you are - I have owned 5 different 4WDs over the past 17 years, wheeling in various locations in Victoria, NSW and Queensland, including 8 out of the past 10 years living in regional WA (mainly the Pilbara) wheeling and towing camper trailers to some of the most remote and isolated locations in Australia, with the harshest conditions. So perhaps it is time to give up on that one before you really make a fool out of yourself. Actually, it's too late for that, but ya know? 🤷 If you need me to dumb it down any further for you I will have to get the finger puppets and crayons out, so please, if you are going to bother responding with more smooth brain shit, rather than addressing the specific points I made, I am just going to have to block you. As much as I am having a great laugh at this exchange, I will have to bow out before I lose any more brain cells. Over to you, King LandCruiser, your highness. 👑🙇
