Honestly, just doing wrist curls and reverse wrist curls with maybe farmer's walk exercise is enough to work forearms to finish an arms day. You shouldn't need to organize an entire regimen around them because they're a small muscle that get worked from other exercises, much like shoulders (although shoulders have 3 heads, so you should try to work the least used with an exercise or two at the end of a chest/back day).

what i love about this man is that he describes what to imagine so you can get better mind muscle connection instead of some creators just telling you the exercise itself

An alternative for those stuck at home: you can replace the static hold with a weighted dead hang

People who do armwrestling training looking at this be like "huh, that's a nice way to warmup"

Another fellow weeb. Anyways I've been doing palm up and palm down wriste curls for my forearms. I want balance in my arms not a large bicep to narrow forearm.

This guy tells you exactly what to do to generate the mind muscle connection which is seriously overlooked by many givers of fitness advice. I have used his methods and have seen growth and development quicker than expected. Listen. Do. Achieve.

i used to do a lot of forearm pumping. Now even kneading flour gives a pump and it hurts to do long chores.

Boom these look awesome, I do behind the back static holds with 315lbs for as long as I can hold on. This has 2 benefits 1: greater grip strength for deadlifts and such 2: bigger more aggressive looking for arms.

I remember learning one way to do the forearm is to take a stick of some kind about a foot long tie a rope to it in the middle and then tie the other end to a weight and use both hands on the stick to roll up the Rope and weight.
