The spices level in Pakistan food are by choice some people don't eat spicy food in Pakistan some home cooked meals don't have much spices and at restaurants you can tell them what spice level you eat

Karahi is a staple and delicious food, it is also quick to make. Haleem and qorma take long. Specially haleem and they all taste delicious.....glad they all enjoyed these foods. These are heavy and oily foods and should be eaten not too often....

That's what I wanted to say. Karahi is quick and easy cook while Haleem and qorma needs speciality and experts. If these were cooked in a traditional way thn there was no chance to dislike them. But unfortunately these days people used ready-made masals and cook Haleem within an hour.

Qorma is the king of curries. The karahi had to wait for South America to be discovered because of tomatoes but the Qorma is in a league of its very own.

haleem is cooked for more than 6 hours. contains crushed chicken, lot of lentils, all spices. It is generally eaten in ramadan season after breaking fast. highly protein food.

Chicken=murgh Haleem is traditionally made with beef. But now a days chicken haleem has become more common as chicken is easier to cook and it's more cost effective. Best compliment," you can eat it after fighting and loosing all your teeth." 🤣

Haleem is mashed lentils and meat slow cooking and continuous mashing side by side... and is dressed with Julian ginger, green chilli thin rings, fried onion, lemon drops and sprinkle of chaat masala (optional). Can be eaten with spoon or with naan. It's traditional and tastes only if served with fondents otherwise can be bit bland. Meat is preferably beef, but with chicken or mutton also is made.

Haleem is chicken or lamb, various lentils and barley. I cook it slightly differently by leaving some chicken breast which is extremely soft by the end pieces inside. I did this due to not having a food processor but it worked out better, my in laws love it.
