I've got that same red tool box, though mine is branded differently (I'm in the US). I recently upgraded, so it got demoted to the shed in the backyard. I'm slowly upgrading my tools too, so all of my cheap old ones get moved out back to the shed as well. Handy to have for working on lawn equipment/small projects and will be good for my son to use/abuse/leave out in the rain as he grows up. Clearing out the garage is definitely an important job for me. I grew up on a farm that was disorganized and where we never really threw anything out because it would inevitably be used for something again. We never had much "extra" money, and the Great Depression mindset was passed down to my dad from my grandfather. I continually have to fight the battle in my head between "don't be a hoarder" and "it has potential." Inevitably, I won't touch something for a year and I'll get rid of it...but then a situation will come up a month later and I'm kicking myself for getting rid of it. My mind and workflow definitely benefits from having a tidy garage where everything has a place and is easy to find, so that's just the way it goes.

The beauty of having such a small garage is there isn't a lot of room to hoard anything - but it doesn't stop me trying!!

Ive just bought a litre bottle of Touch-on, whats not to like? Love the stuff, it gets into all the panel gaps and radiator fins protecting a number of surfaces.

Touch-ons don't expire nor take up a lot of real estate.

Just finished doing the same. After having 10 of everything I am trying now to compile a list of favourite products for each application. There is something so relaxing about clearing out the garage. I must be sad 😂

I struggle to throw stuff away and find myself over applying product instead, I’ve got stuff I’ve bought 6 months ago and still haven’t used.

Think another thing we should do once a year max, is take our wheels off to clean them. Keep saying I'm gonna do it never happens 😂
