I remember throwing my PS2 controller to the ground multiple times until it was broken because I failed this song 99999999th times. This was the final song and game I ever played 😬😅

That’s why you need one of the guitar controllers. More fun. Especially with the Rock Band guitar/bass controller with two dents of note buttons at the base and higher up on the neck.

I think every song is re-recorded, atleast the guitar part, because you have to be able to use the whammy to alter the pitch and also when you miss, the note isn't supposed to be heard

@@barrythebee7363 That can be accomplished with stems (essentially individual sound files that only contain one instrument. You mix them down at the end to make the final product). Muting or pitch-bending the stem when a note is missed or whammied would be so much easier to do than re-record. It'd also explain why sometimes you can still hear the missed note very quietly, since it was picked up as ambient sound by (for example) the mics for the bass amp or drums.

They edit the soundfile of the guitar in order to use the whammy and raise a little up the volume of the guitar, also, the songs they say "as were famous by..." are covers, but a song that is an official one but with different tone is Cult Of Personality

This song I remember the most from GH3 as a kid, I always played holding the guitar in my lap only using my left thumb to press the buttons. I tried mastering this song a lot and was difficult but maaaan, good, good memories from this.

I remember when my ps2 started turning off by it's own, because the cooler stopped spinning. I though that it whould be ok to play some Guitar Hero, and right when i finished this amazing song, that the game opens the saving screen... The ps2 turns off so it doesn't overheat.

Ah yes, being 10, thinking “huh, this song is oddly slow for the end of the game…..” then continuing to pause the game and cry half way through thinking I aint ever gonna get 100% after months of hard work I did, cut to 16, high as a kite, ABSOLUTELY BOMBING THIS EVERYTIME I PLAY IT, Hardley missing notes, cut to 21, I’m getting my ps3 this arvo so I can attempt to finish the game in a few hours 😂
