TIP: stake down a tarp on the ground near your side door. After snow pull up two corners and dump all the snow leaving a snow free area for Rocko to use the bathroom and clean your boots.

Donner pass? I thought it was the Donner Party that went cannibalistic trying to cross the desert by wagon train. Then the 49'ers did it and when they finally got out the other side said "so long death valley" and the name stuck for the region

Snowstorm vids are my favourite!!!! Not many of them this season for you so far, eh. Wow, 20 inches in 12 HOURS, also wow, drone flying stable as heck in those strong winds. The potpie looks INSANE; master chef, man. Running back to pick up the camera is so funny at the end.

I typically enjoy watching Foresty & Rocko adventures while eating. This hunkering down episode paired perfectly with my dinner as an atmospheric river dropped a large amount of rain in the Bay Area. I'm so glad you talk to us. I think you could find a spot in the mountains that you could build a very sustainable, comfortable shelter in. You don't need money, just a few reliable tools. I think you would be great at that. Regardless of what you plan to do, I plan to keep watching. ❤
