The listener is guided into a hypnotic trance and is instructed to forget their name. They are led through a progressive relaxation exercise, focusing on different body parts to help them relax. Woahhh that was amazing! I didn’t forget my name but it’s almost slipped away for a second. I hate being out of control so this is kind of like a gentle therapy 😅 For me, it started out as a warm tingle that was slowly spreading, then a something I don’t know how to describe, like something in between, and then I was suddenly weightless. Like woah! It felt like I was floating. I saw like swirls and patterns. Idk, it was really weird but really fun. When I came back, I felt like a cold tingle instead of a warm one like something was trickling away. Also when I tried to move, it was like something was rushing back and replacing the cold. I’m going to try again right now and see if I can forget my name! Thank you so much ❤

That was so relaxing! I'm so self spiting I tried to forget my name but I'd keep writing it down with my mind. However it was crazy how I felt like I was ACTUALLY dropping! This was a very relaxing, I felt like I couldn't move, I usually naturally do not think, so I did remember my name, however it was a great experience! I felt the feelings (the tingling)and it was pretty strong for me, felt a little comfortable, I already experienced that before multiples times, which helped, your voice helps to relax very well too!

I just finished the video. This is the first time I've ever seen your channel. When we were dropping, I felt a sinking sensation, and I saw light that wasn't actually there. It was like luminescent clouds slowly filling the darkness. When I "woke up", that tingling sensation intensified, and the light became much brighter. Then I opened my eyes. I could remember my name, but just barely. When I tried to say my name out loud, for some reason I just couldn't. I also began to laugh a little bit. After about 2 minutes, I was finally able to say my name. I really enjoyed this experience, and I look forward to watching your other videos. Thank you.

I didn't fully forget my name, I just lost a grasp on it to the point I couldn't vocalize it, not easily al least. And when I thought of it, it didn't just exist, I had to actually visualize it spelled out in my head, which I never do. Regardless, I felt possibly the most relaxed I've ever been in my entire life through this, thankyou. Also you have an amazing voice.
