2 жыл бұрынForging a Hammer Eye Punch from an old cold chisel. The fly press is a great tool for punching hammer eye holes, much easier than doing it with a hand hammer.

Greetings. Thanks for the nice videos and nice projects you show us. I could not stop noticing that you use your flypress bits/dyes/tools without a stopper. I learned the hard way to not insert tools in the flypress' ram without a stopper. I got a tool stuck there and it was not easy to remove it. Later on I learnt from experienced blacksmiths, never to use flypress tools without a stopper and not allow the tool shank to touch the bottom of the "tool hole".
