Hi there, the suggested order is: Forgotten Hill First Steps (Fall, Puppeteer and Surgery), Forgotten Hill Mementoes and Forgotten Hill Disillusion. The Forgotten Hill Tales and The Wardrobe are kind of spinoff series so you can play whenever you want. Hope you have fun!

What was the picture behind on of the founder painting in the founder’s room for? I didn’t get it, like it’s useless

That's Baxter Anderson, one of the founders of the clinic. If you've played Mementoes you see that he was turned in that crazy monster by Ruth and her magical pumpkin. It's only a hint that in 1931 he was already alive. But his painting is only there to scare you off.

This isn't hate but Surgery is actually my least favorite game out of all the game. I still love the whole series though, my favorite game is Fall and The Wardrobe is my second favorite
