Thank you so much for this! I was unable to find any drawings that showed how the adjuster worked and had thought i snapped the brass insert. While my rod extension was not as bad as you had shown, apparently is was just enough. Thank you again!

Really helpful. Have the same issue on a 2013 300xcw. It's tough to find this information in the fork rebuild videos, they kind of breeze by the step of reconnecting all of the parts associated with the clicker. Thanks for posting.

haven't rebuilt forks yet but have a screw that's continuously spinning? I think its a kyb shock so its probably different I don't think it has the threads it might have the same pin design I have yet to find out... worse case scenario I wait another week and leave my bike apart to get the parts I guess.
