Around the city, the Calawah, Sol Duc and Bogachiel rivers are known for their abundance of steelhead and salmon. Just east of Forks, sprawling Olympic National Park features glacier-studded peaks and the moss-covered Hoh Rain Forest. West, rugged Rialto Beach is known for its rock formations.
