1 Do NOT skip line after salutation 2 Formal letter is NOT written in box ; it was just drawn for neatness ; ( some teachers does not cut marks but mostly teacher cut marks for making box as its not correct even if u r making just for the sake of neatness )

Format of formal letter is changed According to the new format you have to mention salutation first and after leaving one line continue with subject and then body of the letter.

Write only what is asked in the question if you exceed the word limit you have chances that your paper may not be completed on time so take few minutes and think in your mind that which point fits best for the answer and write those points in form of an answer n
