Additionally, since you like the songwriting for this one, Hyunjin also wrote their song Cover Me. In my opinion that one is also one of their strongest songs. Not only is the songwriting good, but it features Seungmin doing a power vocal.

Ironic that you would dive into the production a song that Bang Chan wrote about being addicted to producing and writing music. In the lyrics he talks about not being able to sleep because he feels compelled to set the mic up and work until the moon goes down. While Hyunjin is singing about the similar experience he has with his obsession with dance. They can hate how driven they are, but in the end there is no other way they can be.

The Stray Kids discography is incredibly DEEP and diverse. It's what I love about this group! They will toss you for a loop and when you think you know, you really don't! Bang Chan is a genius, Hyunjin is an ARTIST and this track shows just how much they love their craft. Again, not bad for a group of guys who haven't even hit 30. They just keep getting better and better. The song is from 2021. Watch the videos related to the creation of the Howl in Harmony tracks. Each member of 3Racha gets to work with the members who aren't as experienced with songwriting. It's awesome.

So, Red Lights is a special b-side from their Noeasy album (2021) from their Howl in Harmony series. Three groups formed to write unit songs. Red Lights was Bangchan and Hyunjin, but I also highly recommend Surfin from Changbin, Lee Know and Felix and Gone Away from Han, Seungmin and I.N. Gone Away is a beautiful ballad, and Surfin’ is about as light and summery as you’d like. These guys have always been diverse and have over 180 songs to listen to, all with new and interesting sounds. Just take their predebut releases: Hellevator, Grr and Spread my wings, for example. And an album that gives us Megaverse and Lalalalala also gives us emotional and sensitive Cover Me and Leave.

Stray kids have such a diverse discography that it's a fun process to explore and see the different sides on offer. Bang Chan has more of an active role when it comes to the beat/structure, 3racha have crafted beautiful lyrics and melodies since the beginning, while the rest of the members have been more and more active in participating and working with each other. Lots of clips floating around on here of Chan playing raw vocals/snippets of the original files of songs while on live - giving little recording tidbits. The Hyunjin/Bang Chan combination in particular has produced some bangers - Red Lights, Don't Let Me Love You (my personal favorite!) and Cover Me. Would love to see more detailed breakdowns like this!

Hyunjin and Chan's unit is the ultimate for me. Their songs are both profound and exciting. Hyunjin's lyrics are simply amazing, and Chan's compositions are fire. Together, they create epic tunes. Ooohhhh....That was fun. Stray Kids have a talent for music. They can switch up styles to suit what they want, with quite wonderful results. They do have rather aggressive title tracks, but their b-side songs have a range of styles. I'm going to leave a little list of songs that are all b-side tracks that cover a lot of different sounds. Venom Chronosaurus (This is an old one, from when they still had 9 members. It has been redone with 8, but there's no music video for that version. I love listening to the OT8 version, but I love the video for the old one.) Surfin' Gone Away Ex Lonely St Freeze Awkward Silence (Again, a old one from when they were 9 members. But it's so fun to watch) Booster (An old one, with no video. So you would need color coded lyrics if you want to understand what they are saying) TA (Hyper sounding. Only has a performance video with no proper subtitles, but very fun to listen to.) Any Scars (You can do the Japanes MV, or the First Take version. It's a Japanese track of theirs, and so very pretty. The First Take version is them recording it live in one take.) Blueprint The View Mixtape: On Track Mixtape: OH Streetlight Boxer (Do the special performance video, as it is with the 8 members. The older street version is fun, but it's with the ex member) Insomnia (This again is with the ex member, but it's the only video. And it's a street version where they just wandered around New York filming themselves singing it) Snain ( This is a SKZ-Record song. It's just Seungmin, Felix, and Changbin. There are subtitles available on the official video, but the video is just like a text message to someone. I love the song. And I had to look up what Snain meant to understand it better.) Youtiful Ok....I should probably give you a bit of background on SKZ. When they first debut in March 2018, they were a 9 member group. In October of 2019, one member quit for personal reasons & they have been a 8 member group since. Personally I love them as a 8 member group. I'm OT8 all the way. But I do love a lot of the videos from when they were 9. And I just pass on the information about the ex member as a courtesy for newer people, so they aren't confused when they see an unfamiliar face & voice in old stuff. Also. Pronunciation of the shortened form of Stray Kids. When you see something labeled SKZ-Player, or SKZ-Record, don't say S K Z. It's pronounced as SKIZ. So. The SK is how we say sky or ski, but the Z is pronounced as IS with a hard S sound. So SKZ is pronounced skiz. I see a lot of people who don't know, and I know you haven't run into it yet. But better to be ahead of the game. I hope you enjoy any of these. If you decide to peruse the list. Just enjoy Stray Kids. They have so much to listen to.

If you like falsettos you should check out Taste from Stray Kids with Hyunjin, Lee Know and Felix otherwise known as DanceRasha. Felix has one of the deepest vocals in Kpop, and his vocal range is insane, which you'll hear in Taste because his falsetto in this song is beautiful.

Well this was fun 🎉 I enjoyed hear BangChan and Hyunjin’s voices without the instrumental. While Hyunjin has a fabulous falsetto I really think BangChan hides his true range so the others can shine. Bangchan’s voice is like butter - rich and smooth ❤❤❤❤

It's a unit song just by two of them and basically hyunjin wrote the lyrics the orginal lyrics he said it was more intense so bangchan decreased less intense . And as probably you know bangchan is the leader of gp and a big part of 3racha as the producers of gp. After them hyunjin is also the member that participated in producing of songs foe his solos, but songs( he made red light and taste with chan) and gp songs like cover me ( which's best song of rock star album and everyone is suggesting that to you bc it's masterpiece hyunjin made and wrote and composed too ) I think there's no song that can beat red light it's so unique and well made perfectly chemistry of their voices too.

that gorgeous falsetto was hyunjin that's my fav part his falsetto is so beautiful ( he's actually main dancer and visual and lead rapper in gp but he has beautiful vocals which rarely we could hear in gp songs but in red light u can hear it clearly) I love bangchan deep voice here and those falsetto on background was hyunjin so beautiful their chemistry is the best.

Red Lights has been in my top 5 SKZ songs since I started my journey last year. If you like Hyunjin's melodic songwriting, you will like - Cover Me - #Lovestay - Miss You (solo song) That are three ballads And Taste, that is another R&B/Trap flavoured song, it's very interestingly built. Actually I'd love you to reagt to Taste, you might like it a LOT. There's falsetto, there's contrast, there's rhythmic stuff, ... It's good 😊

Live creations: "Can't Live Without Changbin" is hilarious EDM Kkulchong ... 🤣 He's done others but we didnt know what they were at the time. He wrote part of the beat for Venom on a live, too.

Definitely want you to check out more SKZ please ❤. I think a solo artist you'd love is DPR Ian. He writes, produces and composes his music and he also directs and edits his own mv's. He's absolutely brilliant. He suffers from bipolar disorder and dissociative identity disorder. He's personified his "moods/personalities" and named them "MITO (for his manic lows)" and "Mr. Insanity (for his manic highs)". When he's in his different "moods" his music reflects it. It's quite amazing. Ian is quite a complex person so this is just my short explanation but I think you'd really enjoy diving into his work.

I think you noticed how they use breathe here so if you hear hyunjin solo song " ice.cream " which he made and wrote himself he use his whistle as the whole intro of song so beautifully.

" cover me " is also a masterpiece hyunjin made himself completely he even directed members foe recording he made sure they sings by their real voices not falsetto so the song is so high and it's masterpiece and the lyrics he wrote is gorgeous the melody is beautiful too . Since hyunjin has always the least lines in songs I hope u remember his falsetto in red light as how he has amazing vocals.
