Thank God she refused to drink his smoothie, and called her parents, she saved all of them. She listened to her intuition and knew he was creepy. He actually tried to say he drugged them to keep them from leaving the house and getting into trouble.

35:10 he says there was no intention or motivation to sexually assault the girls but according to the one victim he kept putting his finger under their nose to see if they were really asleep. If he just wanted them to sleep once he saw them all down with their eyes closed he should have walked away.

I'm disgusted that the father has such a light sentence when the potential for harm was so great. I hope he is banned from ever having contact with children, including his own. I'm curious if the judge in the first case was previously a lawyer or ever studied or practiced law. I think his case separately will be one for textbooks in the future. Thank you, JR, for another great video. I really enjoyed this guest's take on things. You two really complement each other in this conversation. Can we see more of you guys together, please?

In the discussion of "who becomes a cop" I totally agree with the psychology conundrum. I once saw a interview with the HR head for San Jose police and she was asked about psychological evaluations. She said that they don't have the budget to pay for officers that score high on the psych evaluations. The people that get high scores are already employed in other fields. it makes me wretch physically, get a tummy ache when I see officers giggling or laughing as they search through a woman's purse and the Glee they have when they get to search a car with such vigor. It goes against my very being. I was taught never touch woman's purse and mind your own business. I don't see how the psychology of an officer allows him to search a purse or search a car with such glee. It's disgusting

All lawyers, defense and prosecutory are taught that the best story wins. So they often spin stories that exagerate. On the other hand, there are mainly totally sincere people practiciing law who put up with a lot of misunderstanding and abuse from alll corners. Everybody who is not a participant has an opinion which cannot be based on the reality of what prosecutors and defense attorneys actually face.

If someone was questioning me and started crowding me; whether I was telling the truth or lying; I would tell them to back off or I'm done talking. I've been interrogated by a male cop who THOUGHT he was a badass. He thought he could get me to say something about someone else that was NOT true. He got so frustrated that he threatened me with a lie detector test. Lol He thought if he added "NOT some cheap test in this little county but I'm gonna take you to a guy in Houston who was FBI and the test costs 2000 dollars ". Lol. I said "Great. Schedule it. Let's go now". He finally came to the conclusion that I was NOT going to be coerced or intimidated into lying about someone for his boss (the Sheriff who I worked for also) because the Sheriff is crooked and had a hard on for another deputy for calling out corruption. I guess I wasn't intimidated because I was telling the truth. Maybe a liar gets nervous or overwhelmed.

At first, the judge said that the meeting had nothing to do with any procedures or anything that pertains to the current case going on. And then it was all release a little bit of what happened and what was said, but that’s it.

This sicko who drugged little girls deserves life in prison at the very least. I don't care what his says his reasons were. I bet he would have done something to them if the one little girl was trusting enough to drink it too. Smart and very strong little girl!! OK talking about the guy who drugged a bunch of 12-year-old children, and he is claiming all he wanted them to do is go to sleep by 11:30 at night? I'm not buying that story! He may have wanted them to be in bed by 11:30 PM but I don't think sleeping was on his mind. Furthermore I don't believe 2 1/2 years of jail is close to being enough.

Where were you with the kangaroo court case of the George Floyd cop trial? The judge didn't allow a video angle which shows his knee on Floyd's back. Did not allow testimony that training was exactly what the cop did.

I watched the interrogation that they were talking about, and it was so noticeable what the female investigator was doing. As with other interrogations I’ve watched, it kinda makes me uncomfortable watching investigators slowly inching their way into the suspect’s space. I think I would speak up and say “hey can you back away from me? I don’t like people in my face.” Actually, I wouldn’t talk to them anyway without an attorney, but I don’t understand how people just sit there and allow someone to get so close to them. As far as all of the other interrogation techniques, you would think that a cop would be aware of what they were doing, however this guy was very young. I don’t see how he got hired in the first place. They say a man’s brain doesn’t fully develop until age 25, and I think he was 21 when this happened. Not sure how old he was when he was hired. Also not sure why there wasn’t a bigger investigation into how he was stalking and trying to break into his former school mate’s apartment. The guy is evil and I hope he never gets out.
