Also, we kinda always gloss over the fact that out of four rings LeBron won, one was in the bubble and other was during lock-out season. Ok, maybe I am wrong about the bubble because it is sometimes discussed by Skip. But lock-out ring is definitely something nobody talks about.

And why does this "MJ never had a 24hr media" narrative keep coming up!?!? the 24hr news cycle started in the EARLY 1980s before Jordan was in the league. The 24hr News cycle as we see it today started and grew while Jordan was playing and BECAUSE OF THAT the NBA's popularity (because of the Bird/Magic Rivalry and then Jordan) exploded. If you really do the math while Jordan didn't have all the social media outlets the major networks had MORE influence back then. So when Jordan made headlines, it was seen by MORE people of the general population not less... I swear this LeBron Apologists will reach for ANYTHING, SMDH

LBJ was not the 1st athlete to experience the increased 24/7 social media scrutiny. Social media didn’t grow to that level until about 2010-2012, and at that time you still had other superstars at LBJ’s level (Kobe, DRose, KD etc). Now in terms of social media backlash, LBJ & Rich Paul brought that upon themselves by the 2010 ‘Decision’

Jordan is still breathing with us to this day, and for decades he has never talked or twitted about him being the goat to the way the media wants or wishes him to. Its silly for Rich to believe social media would have changed Jordan in anyway. Yea, Jordan is notoriously absent from social media and rarely does interviews, which IMO, adds to his mystique or aura. He doesn't even speak on these matters, however, when he does show up to an event like the 75th Anniversary at the All Star game, the crowd gives him a bigger pop than any former or current player. Unfortunately for Lebron, it happened in his home state of Ohio with him standing there watching.

Michael Jordan won ZERO LeBron james has won 10 conference championships Michael Jordan won 6......Only Bill Russell and Sam Jones have more conference championships (In a mostly nine team league) than LeBron James In the year before Michael Jordan and LeBron James joined their team and the year after they left their team, their records were 83-84 bulls 27-55 84-85 bulls. 38-44 92-93 bulls 57-25 93-94 bulls 55-27 98-99 bulls 13-37 without Scottie Pippen 00-01 wizards 19-63 01-02 wizards. 37-45 02-03 wizards 37-45 03-04 wizards 25-57 02-03 cavaliers 17-65 03-04 cavaliers 35-47 09-10 cavaliers 61-21 10-11 cavaliers 19-63 09-10 heat. 47-35 10-11 heat 58-24 14-15 heat 37-45 2013-14 cavaliers 33-49 2014-15 cavaliers 53-29 2017- 18 cavaliers 50-32 2018-19 cavaliers 19-63 2017-18 lakers. 35-47 2018-19 lakers were 20-14 when LeBron James got injured on Christmas day. As you can see When LeBron James joins a team, the team improves more than Michael Jordan and when LeBron James leaves a team, the team always goes into the tank. Michael Jordan, excluding the 94-97 seasons, when the NBA moved the three point line to 22 feet, was a career 28% three point shooter. LeBron James is a career 34% three point shooter Michael Jordan was a great defensive player, in an Era where you could handcheck. Playing defense is much easier when you can handcheck. For nearly 6'9 250 LeBron James' entire career he wasn't afforded the opportunity to handcheck. THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR..LEBRON JAMES IS THE GOAT!!!!! I have added a Postscript So many have replied, that LeBron james didn't make the playoffs his first two years and Jordan did. What they fail to say is, in 1985, 16 of 23 teams made the playoffs. In 2004, 16 of 29 teams made the playoffs. It was MUCH EASIER Making the playoffs in 1985. Perfect example is the 1985 86 bulls went 30-52 and made the playoffs and the 2004 05 cavaliers went 42-40 and did not make the playoffs. Also, I don't know, possibly, maybe, Jordan had a HUGE ADVANTAGE considering he played three years of college basketball and LeBron James was 19 years old, and straight out of high school

Jordan in his prime was unstoppable. The only way to prevent him from winning was to hurt him. Which is what every team attempted in the 80s. If Bron can't win 7 titles and 7 finals mvps, he ain't better than MJ, who was done in 15 seasons, 13 FULL seasons. Bron had 15 seasons only to get it done. He didn't. You forgot to mention that Steph got a grade 2 mcl sprain in the 1st round of 2016 & didn’t play numerous games in both the first & second round. So that’s actually impressive that they were winning playoff games WITHOUT STEPH. Steph then came back & was still hobbled. Kerr recommended that Steph sat the season & get surgery. That 2016 team was rated well, just severely hurt. Bogut went down in the finals RIGHT BEFORE THE COMEBACK & Steph was on one knee

MJ didnt have to deal with the media 24/7? Might be because from day one that dude spoke so eloquently and succinctly, he never really had to clarify his points. Social media doesnt have to be internet derived. Social media back then was the barbershop, after church, salons, sports bars, etc. Honestly any gathering where a conversation could get to sports would include MJ. And since those discussions werent centralized on the internet it made it harder for players in general to navigate PR. Today you got a direct line. So Ima take it as he didnt think that statement all the way through.

Look at how we had to have black categories at awards shows back then. Crazy how far weve come. And when i say we, im saying black men. Great analysis, just because they had a great season in a weak NBA, then was down to OKC 3-1, doesn’t make them a great team. The Bulls would have swept that team. The Bulls was a great team in 96, but not just because they won 72 games, they won it all. I think the 83 Sixers, 72 Lakers, or the 84 Celtics are in the discussion for the greatest team. Having the best regular season record does not make you the greatest team. That’s what’s wrong with the younger generation, they just look at the numbers, instead of looking at the substance of the team. If you don’t win it all, you’re not the greatest. There isn't any argument they can make that Lebron is actually a better basketball player so they go to things like the competition they both have faced, social media issues, Lebron winning with different teams (which actually is an argument against him), etc. This really isn't and never was any sort of real debate.

Does it include your lack of accomplishments in general? What exactly is the goat standard, because I'm starting to question what my understanding is since LeBum is being brought up in this discussion about the goat. Someone please help me to understand what exactly I'm suppose to utilize to determine a choice for who the goat should be. This way I won't get it twisted when having this discussion amongst my friends and looking like an idiot. I just assumed that Jordan was the goat because he had 6 perfect finals runs along with a magnitude of other unbreakable stats all without the need of at least 2 superstars and while on one team in less time than any other player before and now after him? Always has been, probably always will be. Another thing, in the "bubble" playoffs before the finals, AD outplayed LBJ. If it hadn't been for AD, not only would the Lakers not make it to the finals, they certainly wouldn't have won it without him. This is the theme for LeBron's goat argument: LeBron needs all kinds of excuses to be the goat, while MJ has all the reasons to be goat. Frankly, this goat debate between LeBron and MJ is one of the dumbest debates. It's actually not even close. There are four or five players ahead of LeBron before you can even compare him to MJ.

The Warriors were up 3 games to 1 on Lebron and the Cavs. Before Draymond got suspended for a game. And the refs holding their whistles for 2 straight games.Which allowed the Cavs to tie the series. Game 7 was called fairly. But the previous 2 games the Cavs got away with a lot of physical play and benefitted from non calls. If Draymond didnt get suspended or if Lebron got suspended as well for instgating the altercation and the NBA wasn't trying to extend the Finals to make it longer by rigging the refs for ad revenue. The Warriors would've have won that series. There are many KZfaq videos that documented this. I watched that whole 2016 playoff run. And the Finals. There was a huge discrepancy in non calls in games 5 and 6 in the Finals that helped the Cavs tie the series. Sadly Kerr and the star players of that Warriors squad won't really honestly talk about how they were robbed until they have retired and gotten inducted into the Hall of Fame. Why because players know you will get a target on your back if you say things about the league while being in the league. Plus the league allowed KD to join the Warriors as a way of saying sorry. But thanks for letting us get our poster boy of the league a ring in his home town. Why? Because it made a good story and compelling television.

3:20 Jordan never could have done that??? Jordan wouldn't have let that happen (down 3-1).

Kyrie should have won Finals MVP in the 2016 Finals. If Kyrie and Lebron switched stats and Lebron made that 3 pointer over Steph, we would have seen that play on TV every day for the rest of our lives. And Lebron still would have won the finals MVP.

The other thing regarding the backing of the “yes man” take is that Klutch Sports specifically hires guys or talks directly to guys to push the “yes man” mentality like the Nick Wrongs, Colin Cowherds, and Shannon Sharpes of the world. They even tried to get Steven A Smith to do it and he refused. So I completely agree with Jackson on his comments. By the way, Kyrie and AD should have gotten the MVPs in the last 2 finals wins.

How is it that some people can't see through fake ness or BS.. it's amazing how LeBron is fooling so many people.. and he's doing this while insulting Kobe in the process. LeBron can't even get past Kobe.. now he's really chasing a ghost.

Its weird that these same media heads like to discredit Kobe because he game was similar to MJ! But Lebron is straight up copying MJ, the only reason he is not playing like MJ is because he can't It really difficult to play like MJ. To me that just shows how great Kobe was he was the only player to ever emulate Jordan on the court.

Why would expect a huge guy with bow legs and pigeon feet to be out there moving like MJ? This is what annoys me about MJ stans tbh. Complete disregard for context and disregard for anything good LeBron does. And yes I like MJ too.

Something to point out when LeBron won the Bubble Championship, the Last Dance docuseries came out. Then, when LeBron surpassed Abdul Jabar's record, the movie "Air" came out.

There's something analogous to their legacies about LeBron taking that copycat eyes-closed free throw and barely grazing the rim, whereas MJ did it without precedence and just calmly nailed it.

I don't even know why this crap is still going on the debate has been done it was giving to Jordan by the fans the Legends other players that still play as well as coaches an Gm's the votes are cast already. LeBron lost period. So i dont know why LeBron an his fans are crying about it to be honest? I can understand being upset about the the outcome but its nothing noone can do about it when not only alot of the NBA legends are against him on this issue some of the players that still play the game against him are some of the coaches as well as fans are against him as well. Truth hurts but MJ is the GOAT accounting to the voices. Personally i think Kareem an few others are the ones who should have been the ones in this agreement definitely Kareem he was kicking but just like Jordan before he got to the Nba.

@@macio8779 iam not saying he shouldn't but y'all still dismissing Kareem you are still dismissing Magic Bird Kobe an the Dream an others to focus on two freaking people so to me this whole debate was stupid from the start because everyone was either yes man an kissing LeBron's butt or doing the same with Jordan if everyone would have keep bringing up other players an legends it be something different but this whole thing was about Jordan an LeBron which was b.s from the start. So forgive me if you think I am bad mouthing but truth is truth the debate is still over some people hate it some people don't. Again me I think it was stupid to begin with since at some point everyone just started kissing bout Jordan's an Lebron's ass not bad mouthing or trying to be disrespectful but imma be 💯 in the last few years what's the conversation been oh if LeBron beats KAREEM record we all have to talk about him in competition with Jordan more tell me I am wrong real only time you see someone really say something about Kareem who still holds records in Highschool an College that no one has beat an had the best scoring record in the NBA the man that created the most unstoppable shot in the game that as I know of noone Legend or players in the NBA have been able to copy at the same level. Now we got a dumb debate about Magic an Step which is another stupid retrad debate because you don't here anyone else mentioned not Steve Nash Not CP3 who y'all call the " Point God " by the way leaving him out this debate Isaiah Thomas forgetting about him you forgetting about Spud Webb Jason Kidd John Stockton an many others who atleast have not only the scoring but kept averaging atleast 10 assists per game if y'all gonna keep fanboying an fangirling atleast say that's what going on if not seriously me personally i wanna hear real honest debates with the best of the best not these crap anymore if you gonna forget players to make your favorite look good then the whole debate is pointless an should be left in the hands of true fans of the game an the players on the court and who have played before.

@@macio8779 Again not trying to be disrespectful or anything to those of you that seriously feel LeBron should be in the conversation I agree with that whole heartedly however iam tired of people who just kinda fanboying an fangirling when there are legends that still should have been talked about alot more. Seriously man the second LeBron was on the scene this became the Jordan an LeBron debate which should have never happened in the first place if you not adding the rest of the guys that deserve that honor of being talked about. Now it's repeating with Curry an Johnson which again I feel is stupid an retard again if noone is going to even talk about the top 10 if not the top 20 point guards of all time and literally make this a true debate if it's going to be one of those oh it's Step no it's Magic feuds again imma remind every single one of you reports fans coaches players whole 9 yards. That you all show like the old Team Edward an Team Jacob fans. I respect your opinion doe if you truely feel like it's Lebron but again I feel this whole debate was just for hype an to get fans seriously social media blow up the second all this started. Iam just saying an being real debate should have never happened if you not going to include the top players an their accomplishments how they impacted the game. Instead of being real about it it became the Jordan an LeBron show that's not a debate it's kissing butt if you have to ignore other players to do so.

Nothing he says is based on stats, accolades, achievements or championships (and how they were won) only things that make you the GOAT. Jordan has him beat in all categories in only 11 full Bull seasons. The GOAT argument is over and has been forever. What does Lebron have? Most points and turnovers in NBA history? These two cancel each other out. Lebron was never the dominant one in winning a finals. MJ always, always, always, always, always, always was.
