The hatchet is an Estwing that is a good find. Check the Black & Decker adjustable wrench. It looks like a battery powered one they made that was kind of gimmicky. I think you pushed a button and the jaws would adjust.

@23:08 thats a handle for the spotlights that are mounted on the a-pillar. (the switches in them go bad a lot) not used as much these days. were the standard thing 10, maybe even 5 years ago. now most of the new ones i see are "remote controlled" with a box in the console.

The black SL charger is for a Streamlight 3 cell police style flashlight. You said he had been a police mechanic probably out of an old squad car.

Thanks Chris! I've learned in past comments that Streamlights were very common lights for emergency response personnel back in the day so that would make sense.
