We need Worker co-ops, more worker co-ops instead of Private Corporations! A worker cooperative is a values-driven business that puts worker and community benefits at the core of its purpose. The two central characteristics of worker cooperatives are: 💫workers own the business and they participate in its financial success based on their labor contribution to the cooperative 💫workers have representation on and vote for the board of directors, adhering to the principle of one worker, one vote In addition to their economic and governance participation, worker-owners often manage the day-to-day operations through various management structures. To all the companies at risk of bankruptcy, takeovers, etc, workers can decide to convert it into a Worker-Corporatives, and govt will not only support it at each stage but also Finance it when needed! This will reduce the risk of inflation, and recession and even uplift the whole economy, equitably!

If an educated person with great exposure walks behind Pappu, it speaks of deceitful mind, political ambitions in a party of political dynast of duffer dynasts. It would be wise of Mr Raghuram Rajan if he supported present BJP govt doing so well on the economic front. He needs to admit India's initiatives which have made our economic growth best in the world.
