Words cannot describe how lucky this run was. Apart from some mediocre luck getting sweethearts, every other RNG aspect of this run went about as perfect as possible, resulting in a time that essentially cut the previous world record time in half. Likely won't be running this category much anymore - will hopefully switch to All Buildings% in the future.

Just since there's a couple of questions about it, RTChanger is a homebrew application that allows you to bypass the game's check if you've changed the date/time on the system - it's perfectly legal for speedruns (and it's pretty much required to do Any% speedruns!) i remember when i was 9 years old i literally played this game EVERY SINGLE DAY and it took me about 8 months to get to the credits so now being 18 and watching someone make it to the credits in 30 minutes is crazy to me.

Quick question, how come the 3Ds menu (and some of your ingame keyboard) is in Japanese, but the game isnt? Does the jp version come with different languages on the cart, or is this just a result of homebrew, or what?

It'll be a Japanese 3DS running an American region copy of the game! Homebrewing your console takes off the region lock preventing this, I have a Japanese import 3DS myself because it was cheaper at the time and I'm able to run all the physical games I obtained over here with little issue after homebrewing

During the mariage proposal mini, dont other mii pop up in the mii head, how did you know that was t and not another mii, (since they all look the same)

Some advice about the system: use the NA firmware because of the keyboard so you don't have to always switch to qwerty tab each time, as for boot time increase, it happened on 11.17, downgrading to 11.16 should be fine

My 3DS with a capture card is from Japan, so it automatically defaults to the Japanese keyboard - it's a bit of timeloss, but there's sadly nothing I can do about it

Yes it is the English version of the game but it’s on a modded Japanese 3DS (Possibly a LL)
