Ingredients
1 cup plain flour
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp warm ghee
Water to kneed dough
First mix first two ingredients than add ghee and mix till it forms like a crumble and it holds together .
Now add water little by little and form into soft dough.
Apply ghee on top and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
No roll out to a fine pastry sheet and than cut it with a round mould than apply water on top of the circle .
Now put it in the tart mould and press with hand gently. Make sure not to make a hole.
Put the water side down in to the mould and cut off the excess.
Now fry them in to hot oil.
When you turn them they will leave the mould by itself.
Enjoy with the choice of your filling.
