Something I found really interesting about LOONA is the narrative between the videos, I mean after obsessively watching analysis/theories videos, the MVs craftsmanship is just nuts, all of of them are connected, and even the order of the release doesn't mean the order of the storyline they're portraying. Is suggested that Love4eva is before Egoist, some people didn't liked the vibe of the song because after Egoist they were expecting something dark and dope, Love4eva is dope though but looking the storyline makes sense is before Olivia's solo, and the fact they confirmed their debut song will be the darkest yet, I mean at this point there's nothing they will put out that will disappoint me, LOONA is more than music is a movie, a story is everything I've always wanted and more.

my expectatives for loona are soo over the top and yes, i agreed that BB are in a dangereous area right now. loona 1/3 · OEC (my fav subunit) and YYXY are so different. the quality of their videos are INSANE, they put so much details, the edition is always on point. i'm really curious (and the anxiety is REAL) about their first debut song as a group.

the 'love myself today, let you go today' part of the song has such a big impact on me, it kind of sounds dramatic but also nostalgic and even powerful and emotional

In terms of how they're getting that money, Blockberry Creative is a subgroup of Polaris, Polaris is a subsidiary to Ilkwang. I honestly think that they saved the best for last. When this video dropped, I was completely floored by the cinematography and symbolism in the video. The imagery was so strong without being too much. Every element was well thought out. Also, as someone who's been a music nerd my whole life and a fan of music theory, the song itself blows my mind to this day. Every time you think it's going to go somewhere it goes somewhere else before it comes back to itself. The 2 drops within the chorus maintain the energy of the song as well. And don't even get me started on the production quality of the dance break lmfao. Egoist is my favorite LOONA solo and Olivia Hye is one of my biases. Welcome to the loonaverse, we're so happy to have you.

After watching SCL I had to join patreon and check out your other videos. Although I super hardcore stan loona with the bottom of my heart, I’m hoping their debut ot12 song doesn’t make them crash. So far I haven’t been disappointed with their music, I thoroughly enjoy yyxy’s other tracks besides love4eva (rendezvous 18.6y, frozen) and BBC said they’re going to release a ballad album too!!!! Like what can they not do? You're honestly very right about their debut group song. Which I think all of us musical fans are the most anxious about, because Loona is known at this point as the "expensive girl group" people don't support then financially because they put so much cash into each girl and merch and even the debut concert. Not only that, since heejin.. they've went out of the realm of standard kpop, and even with yyxy success.. there's this hole for new fans of "what can i expect from this group" that isn't answered. The answer is basically.. quality.. but if they go too stereotypical they'll crash on their debut.. and if they go too far out of kpops addictive norm theyll also crash. It's such an anxious feeling, and exciting feeling.. but growing for this group for 2 years there's still some fear. Especially considering we are getting a dark concept with power dancing.

what’s your favorite loona btrack? Honestly D-1 by yves is way too good, it’s so chill I truly love it, also Rosy and seesaw, god they’re truly masterpieces, and in my opinion the whole max&match album is another masterpiece and one of the best kpop albums I’ve ever listened to

I think the whole purpose for their debut is to mix genres together. LOONA is telling an intricate story between each world and eventually those worlds will collide into one. I imagine their debut song will adhere to the power of unity and fall under the "girl-crush" trend because those songs are typically better suited for a full group and aren't considered "too cute" or "too boy-ish". I doubt it will be like anything we've heard before, but I imagine it will be something Euro-pop/synth. A lot of people were saying in the first full group teaser that the backing audio could be their title debut track, even as its sped up it sounds fantastic.

You’re right. LOONA is phenomenal. Also, when I watched Egoist for the first time I got emotional. Haha the waiting, the anticipation, the excitement.. like Loona’s finally complete. I feel like it’s a different feeling as opposed to watching everything straight up. But you’re right!! Everything will depend on their debut song. PD, i don't know if you have seen the yyxy already, but in producing that was a little like early 00's, 1/3 is all about the 90's vibe, and OEC is about the lates 2010's in producing style, so i believe they are gonna come with some new unique style, created FOR the girls, to match the voices, with they own colors cuz they are builting a universe, they own world : loonaverse, so create a "new everything" it's all or nothing now.

I think Egoist's bridge has the same small issue that you stated in Let me in's bridge, but on a lesser scale. I feel that Olivia could add one additional higher note (a D-sharp) at the end at 3:52 because currently it ends at a C-sharp.

loona members claimed that concept wise, OT12 is going to be a dark concept group. It'll probably still be pop music but the dark concept will suit the Loonaverse lore they've been developing. YYXY seems to be a mix of 1/3 and OEC. pop, a bit cute, but more performance-based and with a little bit darker concept. It'll be interesting to see what OT12 does now that YYXY seems to be in the middle of OEC and 1/3

At first i was also worried about the "Hype" thing that BBC has created. But the thing is that you can tell, that the composition, the coreos, the arrengement, the video editing, scalates a lot during all the ot12 videos, not only the group has been completed, but the company has improved so so much and they have gained a lot of experience from this girls.
