Mercedes Just Announced MAJOR UPGRADES For W15!

▶︎▶︎ Mercedes’ depressing start of the 2024 season is dubbed to have an interesting turn in Miami, where the team will introduce an array of upgrades that would aim to lift the car’s performance and find more pace from the tricky challenger they have built for the 2025 season. But with so many flaws on the car, as well as the challenge to tackle down a new concept that they know so little about, Russell’s suggestions might be the ones that Mercedes would be more than happy to accept in their latest upgrade package. With this in mind, could Hamilton be even further ‘massacred’ by the performance of the W15 given his struggles with the previous two versions of the car, and what parts is Mercedes going to change in search for more pace in Miami?

Bolt on upgrades mean nothing much. Opposition can do the same. The brain drain to Red Bull is the problem. Ginger beers cannot replace top engineers.

Can’t see it’s relevant, Its embarrassing after two and a bit years they still can’t get the grip of the ‘new’ regulations. The fact that both customer teams are miles ahead shows how deep a hole they are in.

Wolff cannot be fired he is 1/3 owner of the team. I agree with the @joshtheking1772 comment that russell is not as strong at giving feedback. Something needs to be done, Merc cannot languish in the midfield at best till 2026 when the new regs come in.

Mercedes is a lost cause for the remainder of the season. They have lost their way and that is a leadership problem. A Seven Time World Champion has been telling them for 2 and a half years what is wrong with the car and they just flat refused to acknowledge him. Now, instead of having 2 drivers to help develop the car, they only have 1 driver to help develop the car. That is also a leadership problem. Ever since Mercedes brought Russell on board, the car has gone from bad to worse every year. I say you fire Wolff. You fire Russell. You fire Shovlin. Start rebuilding the team. You have a great development driver in Carlos Sainz without a contract and you have Mick Schumacher waiting for his turn to get back on the track. You can put up a massive chunk of change to get Adrian Newey also.. Newey will NOT work with Wolff and get rid of Wolff. All they have to do is pull the trigger.

Lol, the 7 time world champion has never been a car developer, he wants the easy life and just jump into a fast car.....he isnt an engineer nor a designer, russell doesnt whinge like loser Lewis and get better results, the bloke should just retire and go somewhere else, he doesn't even do sim work.....he said he didnt like it, so not much of a team player......pewis midfieldton is just a joke ane ferrari the have saved the ink!!!!

The fact that they changed the whole car to accommodate Hamiltons preferences is never noticed by the Lewis stans. They changed the whole chassis just for Hamilton to be seated further back and closer to the rear wheels to "better feel the car". It did not bring the results that it was supposed to bring, guess why? Because Hamilton is not a car developer, just as adamhousden6349 pointed out. If Hamilton is too good to not do the simulator work kick his entitled rear from the team. Schumacher has had his chance in F1 already, he did not adapt.

I think the bad blood you will see Mercedes hurt Hamilton and help George, the other thing is how the hell does a team not show up to a podium win! I just found out this happened in the past for Hamilton. Tells me one of two things, Hamilton is an asshole or the team was ordered not to go!
