Manual spin by trying to time the wrist for extra "flick" seems like an unnecesary complication when just the disc rotating around your grip or pinch in that natural whip effect will give it so much more than timing that split second flick could do. Would be interesting to see you test this with something like a tech disc to see how much it actually accomplishes, because my intuition here can very much be wrong :D . Not bashing on the wrist cuul/flick, just questioning if it does more good than bad(for someone who perhaps has greater form problems than introducing another ingredient) :D

I was trying to say it’s a very natural movement for me and I don’t even think about curling my wrist. It should be very fluid with the rest of your form. It’s a very fine line to be right in the middle. Hoping it helps but more importantly just let your whole arm act as a whip and at the last second, your wrist is going to naturally curl.
