He seems like a sweet kid. Parents also clearly responsible and involved. This wasn’t luck or random. He worked hard. It’s important that both kids and parents know the difference between kids that play for fun or because they don’t want to do anything else vs someone having passion for it and embracing it as a lifestyle. Keeping grades up while playing 6 hrs / day is also something to admire. He is obviously smart. This is great information to share with kids, gamers or not! Congratulations! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

True, its just some kids are dropping out of school. Winning one or two competitions is not enough money for a whole family, so they’ll need jobs. How are they going to get jobs if they dropped out of high school?

I remember when a member of my family said: "Gaming will get you no where" and I told him "you sure about that" But today here's lots of proof 🤣. I'm not saying that I'd be in a World Cup but I am telling a little story. Lots of parents doesn't know that gaming can get people futher. Gaming opens you more doors, just support your kid when he's a competitive gamer while he has good grades. That's like me, if it drops. I would focus more on school get the grades higher then go back to it.
