One thing you can take from this video is that your failed projects are the building blocks of your successful journey. That wasn’t an overnight success or that she got lucky with the name/concept. She tried so many things that really lead her to this. She took so many risks and opportunities. I really think successful entrepreneurs are the ones who constantly seek opportunities and go for it, network, fail, learn and do it all again. They are making things and not just getting comfortable and seating still in their comfy role/job with a guaranteed monthly paycheck. Really proud for her success and I do believe she has a good concept that can become a global franchise.

You have encourage me at the age 50 to open my restaurant, if I would have kept selling plates like I did in my 20s' I would probably be where you are now. I have learn how to close my ears to the negativity. My middle son, is always looking for a spot for me to sale my food. PINKY, With those profits it would be very good to lower the prices of your food to help out the cause that made you wealthy and the cause that you represent when selling your food. The cheaper and more accessible this kind of food is for non vegans the more likely they are to buy it. RETHINK THE GREED paradigm that we have all been sold since birth, which is routinely called capitalism. There is nothing wrong with making a profit, but how big of a profit do you need to make at the expense of your customers and the animals. Just food for thought. No judgements here. It's what we've all been taught since birth.. It's just time for a change. Every single one of us has a responsibility to our fellow man, the animals and the planet.

The ironic part in all of this is she contacted a major beef selling chain in Shake Shack for partnership when her whole concept is to go vegan lol. And Chick-Fil-A averages $9 million per store a year and they have a drive-thru and we all know they are non-stop busy. So I think she is being a little disingenuous about her valuation with only 7 locations.
