About me:
I am a 3rd year SRNA & ICU nurse. I went to nursing school to get my ADN, started working and then went back for my BSN. I was a travel nurse for 2 years before starting CRNA school. I loved travel nursing so much but I also love anesthesia so I went back to school to become a CRNA. I plan to continue my travel nursing career when I become a nurse anesthetist! Fitness is also a huge part of my life. I've competed in powerlifting and Crossfit. Jon and I own a gym together! We are also foster parents to dogs and children!

Baby girl Tianna 👸has been a happy and jolly energetic baby girl, she has been doing all the same things from birth untill now, her laughter, and jumping, and running around, and rolling all over, and also swimming like a 🧜‍♀️mermaid. Nothing change about my baby👧🏾 girl, bc.I've been watching her videos from those times untill this day, things that she does at that very young age, always bring tears to my eyes, 👑🙏🏽👨‍👩‍👧👍🏽🥰❤❤❤❤❤

I think the baby noises, coming from who we know now as baby girl Tyanna, is absolutely beautiful ❤ I'm all teared up listening to you both, with all the boisterous baby noises in the background. Its truly sugar-coated sweet. You two have done an absolutely wonderful thing, by going on to adopt this darling little girl. She is still a bit loud and noisy today as she was back then. (Bless her little cotton socks... a Brit endarement) and bless you both too for having such a big heart, in a mostly cruel word...

I just had to comment, first, it’s funny that she is getting all fired up when you started talking about a family member possibly getting her, she knows she’s already in her forever home. Also, when people ask you about having “your own,” You do have your own. She’s yours 100% in her heart and yours! That’s what matters! She is absolutely your own. I have a good friend that is a nicu nurse, that had the same situation you mentioned, so she got to foster this Angel. Then soon after, her baby brother came along. My friend already had 4 biological children, and would have taken the 2 babies, but she had another nurse coworker that adopted brother and sister. They are 5 and 7 now! They come spend weekends with my friends and have the best life kids can have! They have so much family. And we all love watching them grow!

I’ve been in the foster system for about 4 years and I’m 18 now. I have always said that I am going to adopt even when I was not a foster kid. I am so excited to be able to foster when I’m older and to adopt ❤️

I admire so much your real opinion concerning bio children and sooo beautiful. I really Respect you soooooo much as human …. Even when you change your mind anytime it’s fine .. but the beauty is the love and example you leave us by every step of your life. And I also cannot have biological children without making myself very ill, so I've been open to foster caring and your videos have only motivated me more to consider it in the future if I'm in a position to do it. We have been fostering for 2 years and are always asked “are you going to have your own, or when are you gonna to have your own!” People seem to have a time frame the expect to hear some news. We are approaching 4 yrs of marriage. Sometimes it just feels like people when people ask that it downplays the significance of fostering and how much we want to provide a safe and healthy home and hopefully a forever home to kids that need us forever! People don’t always understand if it’s not their calling, It’s so fulfilling! I can have children but we choose to not! And your right that’s ok. It’s a rarity but why not stand out and be different, and be the hands and feet of Jesus! 💕

I agree, people ask us that all the time and I don't mind answering but it can be very awkward. They look baffled when I say we will never have bio children. Plus they are "our own" and we will always treat them that way!

I was in foster care until I was 18 and now I’m an RN too. I hope to foster and adopt someday too. I am now 35 and I know I will NOT have my own children for many of the same reasons you guys discussed. Best of luck!

My husband and I can only have biological children via IVF and it's grossly expensive and not guaranteed. I couldn't imagine the heartache of going thru all those procedures for it to potentially not work. I just started thinking of the possibilities of fostering hence how I found your video. I pray God leads us down the path to where we're ultimately meant to be 🙏💞 Thanks

Hey I'm a foster parent too! I get these questions all the time. I totally agree with yalls answers. Just some advice keep you materials from the classes! I forget things all the time lol we've had 8 children so far and trust me if it's best for the kids to leave you'll miss them but GOD will give you peace!

If you don’t get attached your probably doing it wrong. Almost all foster parents get attached but they’d rather the pain of that child leaving them and going to a better situations than not having somewhere to go that’s safe.

My boyfriend and I share the same insight as you guys regarding having biological children. It's so cool to see that we aren't alone in that lol! I have thought about fostering since my mom spent her entire childhood in and out of foster care, and it's always been intriguing to me. This was super insightful to watch. Also incredibly sweet. I did tear up when you said that you'd be willing to work through the pain of letting go in order for her to have a better life.. it puts so much into perspective. For me personally , I’ve always said this I will adopt kids who need to be catered for because I’m not really planning of having kids of my own

You guys are AMAZING!!! My husbands parents went into fostering as well... they than ADOPTED 9 😳 . It’s so selfless and hearing “ dada” is melting my heart ❤️. Thanks for making this world a better place in many ways .

I wondered why you all were not having children and that makes a lot of sense. You two being on one accord is wonderful. I'm 60 and would like for you to foster me😂 if you ever want to do elders. You guys are amazing

I think this is one of my favorite videos!! I love watching you guys, when she is in the room. The three of you are so funny, Im sorry....Theres 4 of you....my bad Beamer! I know that Beamer is helping you out too! I hope that you guys are doing either a video journal or maybe a written one, where you are really put in all of her goofiness and sweetness and all of her funny things that she learns while she is with you.
