It’s not partially. It’s everything of why pros look the way they do. The paper think skin, the cartoon proportions, after training pumps last 8-24hrs after the fact when ur not even training while when your natural those same pumps last maybe 5-30 minutes after you are done training and your back to being flat. Steroids are really really powerful. Anyone who has taken them has experience or knowledge on them would tell you that. Him saying partially was still downplaying them. And you CAN get away with eating a lot more crap when on gear compared to someone who is natural. Steroids are WHAT MAKE dudes on the Olympia stage look that way. Don’t write me and say Genetics are important to because that’s obvious but everyone on pro and Olympia stage are there because of the drugs nothing more important than them or none of them would even be on that stage. Of course food is HUGE HUGE part of pros Lifestyle but the drugs are 100% # UNO.

So true man. It's crazy how much you can switch things up by just changing a few spices or adding in a different vegetable. Most of all it's easy, anybody can learn it if they put the work in, just like in the gym. Man, I’ve never seen any of your other vids but I am going to subscribe because I really enjoyed your honesty. I liked the cheeky line about steroids, the genuine frustration at chicken and talking about ‘healthy eating’. I’ve been training martial arts and callisthenics for years, more recently getting into the gym and lifting heavier and yeah, it’s true.. anyone who tells you they don’t like cake, that slice of pizza or that chocolate bar is a liar. The difference is are you willing to say no, or are you willing to put that extra work in to allow yourself those ‘bad’ calories. Everyone’s looking for the short road to success but a long hard journey is what gets you there...

Wow, big respect for the bit about it being a chore to shop, prepare and eat that much food, that's really been an eye opener for me! Having trouble to eat proper for about as long as I can think, it definitely is encouraging for me to hear that even a Pro Bodybuilder is minding that. (Of course on an entirely larger scale.) But, I always thought that I was the only one who knew that feeling of eating being a monotonous chore! Thanks for the heads up!
