Mr. Francois and Mrs. Clara once put their soul and creativity into their beloved home in France.
Little from knowing that two decades later, newspapers hang from an old overfilled mailbox and a mossy cat still rests on the front pavilion, as its interior is gradually deteriorating and left to its fate.
A lifetime was spent here by this Polish couple when they moved to France in their mid-thirties to pursue a career.
Yet, unfortunately, impermanence is the only reality, and Mrs. Clara was the first to pass away, leaving Mr. Francois left as a widower. Well, he wasn’t completely alone. Together with Clara, they made a son named Raymond, that also grew up in the house and moved out in his mid-twenties to give chase to studies in a nearby city.
Mr. Francois was a true craftsman and it is also likely that this was part of his profession, with many letters and invoices from the 1980s and 1990s still being found. The office is now left in a state of disarray and desolation, while curious pieces of taxidermy decorate the rooms even more.
In the end, it remains a mystery why the house now falls prey to Mother Nature. Why doesn't the son Raymond look after the house anymore? Let's find out today as we explore the house and find out what can still be discovered in this house.
