DANIwasinvented Yeah but you have to see it from their point of view, a bunch of grown men are running, jumping, and doing flips around a kids playground and she was probably concerned that they might hurt one of the kids on accident by running into them or something... But then again I also dont see why she couldnt have just talked to them herself

11 times out of 10 a simple "hey guys, could you do flips over there? My kids might get underfoot" is better then immediately calling the cops. Parents are too OP these days.

That almost happened to me once. I was at this big playground doing parkour, I saw someone talking to a park supervisor, and I just booked it out of there just in case. I'm still not sure if she was talking about me or not.

OEWE Its pretty obvious, kids play there and might get hurt or try it them self. I dont blam the person who called the cops but they could've asked them to stop. Cops have better things to do

People are Insane I do kinda blame the person for making a huge scene without trying to calmly resolve things first, it's really immature and it shows poor judgment. I had the cops called on me before when literally nobody was at the park, parents still give me the evil eye even if I'm 30 yards away from their kid. Parents need to realize that unless your physically killing their kid, there's really no reason the cops should be called out, 9 times out of 10 a simple "hey man, could you move over just a bit?" will work just fine, or if they feel uncomfortable move 10 yards. People wonder why obesity is on the rise, this is part of the problem.

Ive actually had encounters with parents before doing parkour in parks. Its funny, the mothers always usher their kids away from me like im dangerous. While fathers get big open mouth grins and point me out to their kids and try to convince their little ones that im cool 🤣 Never had cops called. But i have had chats with parents asking what im doing lol

I get why someone would complain, but calling the cops was too far. On the other-hand, I don't typically parkour or freerun in playgrounds with kids present because they might try and emulate my tricks and hurt themselves. Still don't think that warrants someone being removed.
