February 24 our country woke up to flying rockets and explosions! The governmental authorities of the Russian Federation started a full-scale war against our country...
So many families leave the country and their pets are just left behind on the streets
We don't leave the country, we continue to feed stray dogs and rescue as many animals as we can
Please pray for Ukraine, please pray for us and our Furry Friends to be safe

Thankfully the UK just announced that pets will be allowed in with the refugees and the costs of vaccination, microchips, and quarantine will be covered by the UK govt. So at least a small portion of pets and families will be helped that way. 🇺🇦 Thank you for struggling on, Olena! 🇺🇦

Other countries allowed it too to bring the pets even without guilty papers. But the bigger problem is the transport. Most of the people are fleeing by train and they are generally overcrowded. If you have a bigger dog you can't bring him in the train. That's why several dogs and cats are left behind at train stations 😢. So so sad!! And not even to talk about horses, cows, goats...

How these stray dogs love you! How vigorously they wag their tails back and forth as you approach. And at the end, another hungry guest arrives, and you go back to the car to get more food. Always room at the table for one more. Ukraine has astonished the world by standing up to an evil empire.
