Y'all this one was... certainly a cosplay. Definitely got some upgrades to make (I just got some new silicone hands in and just sewed up some new gloves today!) but I hope you can enjoy this journey of trial-and-error!
As always guys, please do feel free to comment if you have any questions!

I did this for a korra cosplay! I was a VERY poor college student, and had a pho-hide/fur vest that I repurposed into her season 1 bustle. It was my first time hand-sewing and the seam-ripped pieces of my vest was NOT going to cover my bum, so I cut the pieces more than I needed to in order to make it look like it was a true piece of clothing hide clothing stitched together by someone who only had primitive tools in a tundra. I got a LOT of requests for pictures, because so many people really liked what I did with it.

Referring to Angeldust as a "masculine" look seems wrong... I mean I know the character is literally a male but even he admits that he's very feminine looking. There's a character in the show that mistakenly keeps referring to him as a woman and he never bothers to correct her. He also points out that everyone thinks his chest fluff are boobs. He's very clearly a cross dresser, male but perfectly comfortable with being mistaken for a woman. This is not a masculine look, this is technically a woman dressed as a man who everyone thinks is a woman.
@DerFauleHund

Hello, I did hands, arms, legs and feet in the past, I used silicone too for the mold, but lined it with a thin coat of a shore A20-30 hardness two component liquid polyurethane rubber and filling it with a two component, flexible and very light polyurethane foam. Developed this with a friend for artificial limb protectors. I really enjoy your content, keep it up, cheers 😊

I was thinking about it as watching it. Maybe see if you can get some 3d printed hand articulated hands with jointed fingers. And as others said jointed doll type arms. This way you can use it for a variety of quadruple arm cosplay. Also I don't know if they make for gloves suspenders but you could glue in some velcro inside the sleeve and then inside the glove some elastic bands and velcro the ends so you could suspender gloves so can still remove them. Or since they're hidden in the sleeves make them have zippers so they attach and detach like adventure pants. I know they did this sometimes in star trek with the first contact grey and black uniforms. They had hidden zippered cuffs to change the division colors, ie from command red to engineering yellow.

an idea to hold the jacket closer to the waist is to look into a little Victorian technique in the form of a waist tape. it is essentially a hidden belt under a jacket or bodice to hold it in place without any strain on buttons or hooks. While the finished results were a bother, I certainly commend you for putting so much time and effort into the project, and that you could still demonstrate that such a cosplay feature for Angel Dust CAN be done like that. It's not always about whether the results are comfortable or compatible, but whether they can actually be accomplished, which you did so beautifully. This first time really helped to shake out the flaws, so here's wishing you more success for another opportunity to remove those annoyances, and have a set of spider arms that will be more agreeable. Even without the extra arms, you still make a very beautiful Angel Dust in the costume, makeup and wig. You're bound to be quite the eyecatcher at conventions and similar events. Much love to the sexy spider boi and best wishes to you as a brilliant cosplayer and crafter. 💗

as a fellow cosplayer i find your videos charming, they are uncensored and relatable and i enjoy that you just throw yourself eagerly into projects with no clear plan (just like me!) i love your final outfit and im appreciative of learning from your process advice from my own experience for the round part on the bow (which understandably was frustrating to navigate) - what i do is buy those big cheap statement accessories and just pull off the round "gems". I can get one gem for under 1$ in pretty much any colour. They are not only often found in the colour you want already, you can easily spray paint it, cover it or use acrylics. I cant get a proper round shape to save my life, so thats what i get. And big buttons are super expensive so i dont recommend those unless you can get them of an old clothing piece.I have a few saved for spontanious projects like these. Also if you already have resin you could also make your own gems by pouring a mold. Im assuming you wanted to try the crystal art tho, which i never used myself yet also for cutting off the tape i highly recommend medical scissors - those for cutting off clothing in emergency. you can get them on amazon for like 10€ and its worth not hurting yourself.

I beaded a dress but I bought strands that I whipped stitched into place. It also had scattered gems and I sewed those on as well.

This is so cool and awesome and I really want to make such arms myself for my own Angel cosplay! Maybe you can upload a short video of how you improved the hands? 😍😍😍 Thank you for all your amazing work ❤️

Awwww! You look super cute! As always! You made a fabulous costume!! I love it! As they say, practice makes perfect. Instead of crystal gems, I also was thinking glitter too. 🖤😻🖤🫶🏼🖤🤘🏼🖤🙌🏼🖤💋🖤

IT CAME OUT SOSO GOOD!!! I think fully foam hands withe wires in the (Similar to what you did minus the latex) would've honestly done the job with less struggle and cheaper but I appreciate your commitment. I woulda put those is a white spandex glove essentially so the entire arm could be one piece. Your magnet idea was GENIUS. Definitely will keep that in mind if I can make an Angel cosplay soon. Learned a lot from this video even if my ideas for a look for it are very different. Maybe snap buttons on the pink gloves attaching to the white on the inside would help? I say make the gloves longer so the snap buttons or velcro don't make movement harder, especially if they're attaching more hidden on the inside. I was thinking of essentially leaving holes where the seams of the blazer are for the arms to come out of for mine, like the arms are actually also wearing the blazer. basically holes like if you were adding pockets to a dress, I think you could add them to you're with a seam ripper and just bias tape or sew the edges there idk. This was you could attach the arms to the inside so you can see where they attach? Not from Australia but summer in California last year was like 100 degrees the entire time so I fully get how terrible cosplays are in the heat omg, especially something like this. Thank fucken god he wears a short skirt at least.

This is why a lot of Angel dust cosplayers, especially the ones that I met in comic con this year only went with their arms. They didn't go with the four arms. This is an actual cosplay nightmare, but at least you were able to pull it off nice, and I love angel, gosh, she's one of my favorite characters. But her song poison was so hard to watch that I almost threw up and I ended up in tears. I really feel sorry for her.
