Or when my reputation was ruined on false allegations? Or when I developed a disease from all the stress of occult abuse? I now walk my own path.

Absolutely, and what’s more is the sad fact that a lot of people are under the influence of parental, authoritarian, or religious pressure and manipulation even threat of life at times to live, act and think a certain way that doesn’t ring true tk their true selves and therefore they can’t live freely, and never find true peace, success, self understanding, acceptance or happiness

I'm a Left Handed Path practitioner (Chaos shamanism) and former Christian minister. You highlighted one of the most foundational aspects of adopting the path, and that is the move away from traditional moral paradigms into a grey space between right and wrong where self-realization and liberation lie. As we follow the path, our sense of ethics and morals is transformed into something far richer and more nuanced. Your work is amazing! Keep it up!

There's no such thing as Universal "Right" and "Wrong." It's subjective and a matter of perspective. It's just another dogmatic and hipocritical illusion. Obviously, such concepts are always related to the stablished orders. Also, people tend to forget that there are other living species in the world. Of course if a tiger kills and eats BAMBI's MOTHER, from Bambi's point of view, the tiger is evil. But it's simply a tiger being a tiger. Fighting for its survival, and noble existence.

We are a shadow magician who is no longer sure where we are anymore, we were in the Left for the last three years, and now we’re somewhere else and it is confusing. We were personally a Thiestic Satanist for the past year about, directly tied to a means of understanding and unpacking our ptsd, facing and overcoming our personal hell. But we our no longer in the service of the angel we were working with, they begged us to stop worshiping him we’re not entirely sure why, it’s still complicated, and now they are in our service instead, and we are equals since leaving hell, not below them. It’s confusing. Our you a fellow fan of angels? We love all angels, we find them really fascinating. We love all the angels.

🌄The first time I heard the term "left-hand" it was used to describe witches who would do magic for exclusively selfish reasons with utter disregard for others. It was made out to be simply "evil". The way you describe it is far more appealing and sensible.

Thanks for the references in the Description. I am trying to learn more about the principes of the Left Hand Path and Caos Magic. I am actually an atheist. And I have never actually believed in Magic as something supernatural, but I always believed that your personal relationship with the rituals might have influence over yourself, over the power of your intentions and how you decide to live and to follow on your own path. I was amazed to discover that the Left Hand Path in modern days represents something similar to the Idea I had in my heart abtou Magic even through I have never heard about this tradiction before. Your videos have been a great help. And I am thrilled to study a little more with your references. Keep up the good work!

The left hand is like A Woman, the vessel of Mystery, Independence, Assertive Sexuality, Wisdom, Creativity, Spiritual Practices, Isolation and Freedom. Even Lord Shiva has tried to challenge that by not abiding to his wife' request to not enter her quarters, as she was taking her time to nurture her feminine energy. The hidden, its intriguing and we tend to fill in the gaps of unknown with bad thoughts. Brilliant research. Thank you for your work.

In fact on this path my own ethics & morals have led me to big rewards when it comes to self discipline, self discovery and overcoming challenges.

Your work is a light in the dark, Dr. Angela. 🕯 I needed to see this video today. I see that awareness & acceptance of the LHP is growing. But all the same, I’ve found it’s wise not to talk about it too freely. Certainly not around religious people, but atheists won’t necessarily be more tolerant. The use of Satan or Lucifer as a symbol is, after all, meant to shock.

Very enlightening Doctor Puca! I'd had some interest in some of the concepts from the Left Hand path, but with religion and media (pardon the pun) demonizing it, I was afraid to pursue looking into it. I'm aiming to construct my own personal style of eclectic magecraft, drawn from many sources, and knowing learning from Left Hand sources is ok will be a great help. 💥

💥☀🌗🕯🕯🕯 Excellent as always...keeping the winning streak going strong, Dr.! 😉 I think you covered this topic very well indeed. While not directly concerned with the LHP, I can't tell you how many of my World Religions students wanted to do projects on LaVeyan Satanism, for example, but feared that by doing so that they might be damning themselves to Hell, and I had to convince them that merely finding information about something does not mean endorsement of it nor agreement with it, much less acceptance of it as one's own viewpoint or belief system. Some were assuaged in their fears by this reassurance; others changed topics to "safer" things...like Scientology (I wish I was joking, but I'm not!). 🤨 I wish that some people I know (including some family members who have refused to speak with me for several years and have not invited me to their weddings, etc., over literal mere mentions of these topics in conversation without any endorsement of them!) would watch these videos and understand them properly; however, they would probably be completely freaked out by your excellent presentation, and even any suggestion that they might benefit from understanding how their (erroneous!) assumptions might need to be revised. But, this is the world we live in, alas.

When in college I was helping to organize and recruit volunteers to host booths at our spiritual fair. The goal was for these volunteers to represent various religions or spiritual paths to help combat misconceptions and to encourage mutual love and understanding of our fellow humans, no matter their path. Ironically and sadly, the board for this event refused to allow me to invite any members of the Church of Satan. The professor with whom I coordinated supported my case that this group needed representation in the event just as much, if not more, than others. But alas even those claiming to be inclusive and open-minded were woefully ignorant and exclusive. Thank You! for providing such a wonderful source where people can go to be better informed.

🕯wasn't particularly brought up a christian, nor had i ever had any desire to be one, although attended catholic schools. But it is only now, at 53 that i can say i'm finally totally free of the very persistent God/devil concepts that apparantly sneeked in during childhood and unconsciously kept ruling. I’ve only just come across your channel, this video - but I have been (on and off) following various left hand path “traditions” for many years. I sincerely look forward to watching more of your videos - your emphasis on genuine research and scholarship vs internet memes and misapprehension is a breath of fresh air. But I’d like to note the following - you mention media-and entertainment misrepresentation. Why then, does every channel that proposes to discuss the path present the exact same misconception in visual language? Every single KZfaq presenter (mostly ladies) appears to be cut from the exact same media-moulded aesthetic that conflates any left hand path with satanism and befuddled young rebels against traditional values - dark setting (red and black usually) black hair, heavy black eye make up, often dark red lipstick and black nails. It’s literally as cookie cutter a look as an apple-pie advertisement from 1950’s USA. Before everyone gets their hair-trigger fingers ready - think about. It’s a genuine question. If the left hand path represents that self-actualisation and true personal sovereignty we believe it does - how we present ourselves is no one’s business…so WHY the blatant stereotype in the look? Why do we never see a KZfaq presenter on this topic in suburban girl-next-door outfits and make-up? Or no heavy make up at all? Or looking like a soccer mum? Why is the stereotype - apparently unconsciously, but I question that - always perpetuated?

For me personally and possibly others, i would say it was knowing that there does exist an actual group that does only want to cause disaster(even Crowley mentioned them in book 4)but there far more obscure then that and normally put the blame on other groups which causes chaos and death and seems to be very close to being repeated in united states.

Angela, I approach the human experience from a Latter-day Saint background. I do believe in good and evil, neither of which is to be equated with the Left or Right hand-paths. That is, we may accomplish good or ill from either approach. Growth through faith (magic) presents the student with a paradox. It is important to know what you are doing before you attempt. Yet, there are some things you will only come to know and understand as you step forward into the unknown. Obviously, educated guesses are better than stabs in the dark. I see the Right hand-path as, "I accept the following as the way it is/God's will for me. What may I change about myself to manifest humble acceptance / sustaining of Divine Will." I see the Left hand-path as an exercise of my will upon nature/environment. So, obviously, I need to make sure there is no conflict between my Left and Right hands. Jesus' words are recorded that - when doing alms - we should not let our Left hand know what our Right hand does. Well, the Left hand and the Right hand use the same brain. That is a difficult requirement (impossible). Jesus had already said when you do alms, don't publicize it. When he gave this additional instruction regarding the HANDS, I believe a mistranslation occurred. I believe he gave instruction to assure harmony between what you do with each HAND.
