The Milky Mojito is great. I like to use pebble ice if possible and then swizzle instead of muddle and shake. Either way, if you like Ouzo, Pastis, Sambuca, Arak, etc, it's an excellent cocktail.

While visiting Athens, we came across a restaurant that was serving an Ouzo Spritz. Being a fan of both Aperol Spritz and Ouzo, I ordered one and was not disappointed. When we got back to the States, I wanted to recreate the recipe, but we only had ingredients, not portions. I was a little iffy on having ginger and Prosecco in the same recipe, but it worked out great in the end. If you enjoy Aperol and Ouzo, it's definitely worth a try. The measurements might need a little adjustment depending on your tastes. Ouzo Spritz: • Ouzo - 1.5 oz • Aperol - 2 oz • Lime juice - 1/2 oz • Prosecco - 2 oz (or club soda) • Ginger Beer - 1 oz *Garnish with lime wheel in the glass. Enjoy!

Awesome and thank you for this!!! NOTE: if you made up these cocktails they are not really "classic"cocktails as you said. Also Tropicana is not "fresh" orange juice. Fresh juice is alkaline (healthy) and tropicana or any processed citrus juice is very acidic (not healthy at all. Same goes for your Grapefruit Juice, i.e. not fresh but from a jug.
