I think we're heading toward a sharp divide between the Haves and Have Nots, where the working middle class will no longer exist. Some people are hoping to be able to afford the shelter of a tiny house (400 sq ft trailer), and some people are building 12,000 sq ft mansions in Michigan. The built in bookcase is beautiful tho. It sure beats my composite board shelving unit from walmart.
