definitely no, the extructure ok, the internal size super ok. The external ceiling and those black african rocks on the walls super beautiful. The pool nice, I like the cinema as well. But it ends here. I seen so much old trying to be modern and it didn't work. It's diferent. In my opinion if I was the buyer I would want a huge discount, because I would rip out all this wood, these green stones, this roof. the external wood from the ceiling that came from Japan was to be used as firewood. Pretty much all the furniture I would put outside for donation. There are a lot of other things, but those would be the things I would do. The view is perfect.

Mikey has taken time out from social media and stopped posting last November. He has some personal issues to deal with and has stepped back from filming and editing these videos. Once he has dealt with everything, he will be back online to share with everyone. People are making up stories as to his absence. Enes still cares for Mikey, and there is no evidence of a falling out. Until then let's please stop speculating and send Mikey all our love and best wishes.

I'm from Hollywood, born in 1959 and moved away when i graduated jr. high school at 16. I am now 65 and haven't returned to live since. I've visited many times though and have seen Hollywood grow and marvelled at how the landscape and architecture has changed. The Hollywood Hills have always been an iconic place to live and experience. This phenomenal mansion is beyond stunning. I'd have to say that entertaining level is my favorite. So much space and eclectic furnishings and design elements that flow and bring a sense of calm is impressive. I'm sure being in this spiritual home will give the owners a real sense of calm and enjoyment on every level. Well done in bringing this one of a kind structure to your channel for us to be a part of. The production quality that you and your team has is second to none. I too have been curious as to the absence if Mikey. I hope he is well and look forward to seeing him in future videos. Perhaps i will visit my birthplace of Hollywood real soon and get up to the hills and tour around a bit. Take care Enes, until next time. 😎✌🏾

Just amazing as always. Enes, watching and listening to you describe this paradise of a home is like real estate ASMR!! You never fail to bring it. The music, the camera work, your description and paying attention to important details is so key. I especially appreciate the organization of your walk through. Its been awhile since you have posted a "first purchase when I hit the powerball" house. Some of the ones recently have felt a bit "soulless" or even a bit bland. The Tree House in San Diego was the last one that truly 'wowed' me. But this is now it. My new #1. What an absolutely amazing home, its one of the best you have ever shown us.

Hands down one of the most incredible houses ever featured on this channel. I was in awe the entire time. I love the intentionality of the design, the use of color, texture and space. Done wrong it could be chaotic. But it’s done beautifully, it’s cohesive yet unique. Kudos to the storytelling in this video as well! Ive watched hundreds of home tours and some are even larger than this home and some might be even better or cooler... but when I watched this, I completely forgot about anything else I've seen. I didnt care about anything else other than this home. Completely mesmerized by this estate and to me this is my dream home!! Everything about it is perfect! I always like B & R Williams Projects. You can see their signature style in all of the properties, but each of them has a very unique character. Their eyes for details is outstanding. No corners cut, not the usual design. They always create something special. I'm impressed in so many ways. The sheer amount of slate and onyx alone must have been a nightmare in logistic. The craftmanship in woodworking. The Lighting. The furniture. Everything is beyond perfection. One key element in the design is the green onyx and complementary color details in brass feels like a throwback to the golden disco era in the 70s... topped with a private nightclub with disco balls and a rotating round bed. Disco was a form of rebellion, both against mainstream culture and counterculture and the Williams Team are Real Estate Rebels. Legendary! If I ever get my hands on a humongous pile of money, I would let them build my house. Not only the house is spectacular... the way you showed it to "everyone" is in fact outstanding too.

I watch these mansion home videos sometimes, and I come to the conclusion that they've just built something for size & expense with no thought to the feel or uses....but this... Oh my goodness, there is zero not to like. For me it's the:- Nod to the 50/60's retro vibe (also in my house) Luxurious Natural materials Perfectly Positioned lighting Practicality Flow from room to room Blending into the Landscape Tactility Colours This surely would be my Heaven Home, and you're right, I would not step one foot out of that house, I would quite happily become a Recluse...My Spiritual Home 💙🦋 *LOVE* *LOVE* *LOVE* 💚

I love this one, specifically for the abundance of greenery outside, the whimsical touches and the relatively modest size of the rooms. It’s big but it feels “human-sized.”

Outstanding. Talk about attention to detail, OMG. I love everything about this home. I was a follower of P22 so I found the mountain lion taxadermy beautiful, if not a little sad. The hidden entertainment area is incredible. Enough can not be said about the unobstructed views. I love LA and to see the lights come on and the City become alive as the sun sets into our wonderful Pacific Ocean was magnificent. Even with all of the unique details, which not everyone would admire, I do and there is such a sense of peace and well being in this wonderful home. Please pass along my compliments. Thank you Enes for yet another great tour.

I think this place is truly fitting of it's setting, stunning features and layout. If I were only that rich! Thank you for showing/showcasing these L.A. area homes with those views, especially of downtown L.A. to Century City to Santa Monica. I'm so glad I lived and worked there (Hollywood/Studio City/Century City Twin Towers) when I was much younger. The lifestyle is like no other. San Diego/La Jolla is not so bad either!

I love all the houses that are shown on the site. I have one question, with all the open to the outside pools and all, are there no bugs in that area? Were I live if you’d not have screens you’d have flys mosquitoes, cicadas just to name a few.

I've been watching your channel for a couple of years now and have always enjoyed it. I gotta say though since Mikey is no longer behind the camera I've noticed a decline in quality. In this video the cameras aren't color matched - Rayni looks exceptionally red in the head on shot but normal in the side shot. Same issue is there with Mr. Williams. I thought they were sunburned. In the previous video there was an issue with interlacing and/or encoding; the wall slats all waved during camera moves as did other shots that had parallel patterns. I had to stop watching. Thankfully this tour doesn't exhibit these issues. Still enjoying the tours but can we fix these oversights?
