Fun fact: The manager who is currently ranked number 1 overall, has played fpl for 10 seasons and never finished above 100,000k in any other season other than this one. Take home message: In whatever you are doing, even if you don't see results right away, be patient, your time will come.

Mateta, Olise and Eze have been hugely under-appreciated in the final part of this season. I'm kinda hoping they all stay at Palace and if all fit, cause chaos next season again! Going to be really tricky to predict how Villa will play CL pending or not. Should be a great game either way.

My bench boost earlier in the season only got around 12-13 points too, it’s hard to predict when a bench will do well and its pot luck if you’ll get 8 or 38

Hi Ross - I am on 89 - a -8 hit though, as I put Richarlison in for Fernandes a day too early - So I put Havertz in for an extra hit, as I was planning to put him in anyway! - Good luck with the rest of GW37..x ps My single gameweekers (Braithwaite, White, Gabriel & Havertz) are my most solid picks so far - But will that remain? - I betted against Dan Burn!!!!!

Change you team to be almost identical to 2nd place in the leauge, and make a change or two where you think you can improve the team

I agree with zombie, I played my free hit in gw 38 a couple of seasons ago when quite well ahead in my ml. The team on paper looked an absolute winner, but like they say, they don’t play on paper! I lost by 1 point 😩. If I hadn’t played my free hit and had left my team alone I would have won, because our two teams were so similar. I’m still (as you can tell) very sore about this.

I’m on 87 points, forgot to update my team so I have a chat and Fernandez on my bench boost instead of cucurella and Richarlison and I also have palmer captain over haaland, not been punished to badly for my forgetfulness thanks to gvardiol and a double Everton clean sheet hahaha

Completely depends on their team! Try to block their best player that you don't currently own, but not worth a hit no

I thought Salah would be essential for GW38. After last night, I'm not sure. I'm not so high on Arsenal attackers because Everton doesn't concede many goals, outside of that Chelsea game last month. I have no idea what to do. I'm in first in my league by 14 points and have a mostly template team. My weakest links are a third defender and GK, where I have Pickford and Vicario.
