Gerald, if you are Catholic, try to write down all of your sins that you can remember and go make a good confession. Then start praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the Rosary every day (there are many versions here on You Tube. If you aren't Catholic, get on your knees and beg God's forgiveness for your sinful life. You can still pray the prayers that I mentioned. The Divine Mercy Chaplet is a powerful prayer given to St.Faustina by Jesus himself. He said to let the greatest sinner come to him with a contrite heart, and he will not refuse his mercy to anyone.
