Wow. The nature of the State explained in a cartoon that even a child could understand. As a child, I used to watch Rocky & Bullwinkle, but don't ever remember seeing this one. It has everything a libertarian could dream up: hyperinflation, oppresive taxation, hegelian dialectical false flag attacks where the ruler poses as the saviour, brutal, absolute dictatorship, giving away of other people's money to buy support/votes...
