Gotta love the juxtaposition between the opening songs. The original is about someone (presumably a student) stressing out about an essay/report they worked all night on and then ended up having to rewrite at the last minute, and this version is about someone younger not having to deal with that kind of stress and just enjoying life

fun fact: Giovanni's mom sounds like that because...that's how she sounds in the actual show. She talks (offscreen) to giovanni when he was talking to Ramsey/gross rat man

I find it really interesting and quite scary that Giovanni and Molly seemingly have their roles swapped, but not personalities. I haven’t watched these series yet, but if this Molly is as skilled in using her Dumb epithet as original Giovanni is with his Soup, on TOP of her sad and depressing personality... she might be even more terrifying than an intelligent Indus.

It's amazing how much effort they would have had to put in to match how bad Molly's dad was. A lot of people say that he's a bad parent because of Molly's Epithet, but that's.. that's not only been confirmed to be untrue by Jello apocalypse, it's also victim blaming and I won't stand for it

I'm the creator of the Epithet Switched au, and i'm honestly still so so SO surprised how big it had gotten, literally reaching all the way to this absolute masterpiece of a remake. I think the best way I could describe the Switched version of Epithet erased is basically what if's. What if Indus took charge instead of Mera? what if it was Giovanni instead of Molly who was the kid while Molly lead the Banzi Blasters? and so on and so forth. Basically Epithet switch is taking the original Epithet erased cast and slightly changing there personality. Instead of the LEGENDARY himbo that was Indus in the original series, we get a more militaristic Indus, instead of the Mera we got in the original who was....kinda crazy near the end not gonna lie, we get this more friendly one. Same will probably go with Percy being more like the original Ashling while Ashling will be more like the original Percy. There personalities change but there Epithets don't. Meaning yes, Giovanni is still best soup boy, and our now much more grown up cosmic brownie can still make you become a Zombie...which is actually scarier because we know how smart Molly is.

So Jello just released small preview of a chapter the audiobook with all the voice actors from the show in it (which basically the continuation of the series) along with a Kickstarter campaign for the audiobook which contains a reveal of a bunch of new characters and their designs for the series. Will you be reacting to it? XD Lol, just curious!
