From Season 4 Episode 18, 'The Facts of Lice'. The children get head lice, and Fran accuses Maxwell of not spending enough time with the children because he has not been infected by the lice. Meanwhile, Fran finds a concerning list that Niles has written, leading her to believe that he is a serial killer. Fran and Val do some digging to get to the bottom of this! It turns out that Niles is simply writing a play about a killer and has been conducting some research.

In German it is a pudding. But no matter what Niles made (pie, pudding or beignets), it disappeared the very moment Sylvia entered the kitchen. She probably smelled the treat when Niles began with the preparations 😂
