You should do reverse maginot challenge. Play as Germany, and you cannot get war goals outside of the Fascist route of the focus tree. You may not attack guaranteed nations, but you can join your allies in wars. You can't use your troops to attack France from Germany, you have to get them through Italy.

When I played France and started the entente back up, we won ww2 and I took the three border provinces of Spain, took piedmont, and the border with Germany all just to make the Maginot layers, where there’s fortification lines along the rivers and the like, then a gap space leading to the original Maginot line, savoy extension, and southern line.

Today I found the best light tank template (against infantry) -4 trucks -3 light tanks (make sure you upgrade them to max reliability) -2 light spg -recon company -engineer company -support arty -maintenance (sorry if I made spelling mistakes) I used leopard tanks for germany. Not really cheap but gets the job done (especially with AI beacause they dont know what anti tank is.) Thanks for reading :3

Nice Taureor!!! Love 1440p since i got an ultrawide 1440p monitor aswell. I thught about geting a ryzen 3900x but I didn't buy it because I mainly played hoi at the time and as far as I know hoi only uses one core, but might get a new processor in the future.

I remember my first time playing as France Making the Little Entente whlist going at war with Germany over Rhineland, i'm able to get the Big Entente achievement. Then by guaranteeing Philippines, USA joins the Entente, making Italy and Bulgaria who are warring with the Entente over Yugoslavia shat their pants. Hungary joins too after Czechoslovakia slapped them over their demands on Southern Slovakia. Then, with the fall of India, i'm able to retake it for myself, and pushing into Burma and Sinkiang before striking under the Bear's belly in Central Asia. Why i'm at war with the Soviets? Because Romania wants Transnistria. After a big slog, Soviet Union was defeated in 1947, with the Russian Federation joins the Entente. After that with some nukes, i was able to conquer Japan in 1950 and puppeted Communist China by releasing Guangzhouwan right before US joins the Entente. Oh, how to form EU after that? By Russia's expansionism checked by Japan's guarantee over Afghanistan, i was able to capture the Benelux, formed the EU, and beat the Perfidious Albion. Vive L'France!

I'd say there are two major historical inaccuracies in hoi4. 1. How east the battle of france is for Germany And 2. How easy it is for Japan to beat China.
