The grooves on the cutting board are on the bottom to keep it from warping- similar to solid Hardwood flooring which also has grooves on the underside.

I train horses for a living so needless to say I have a lot of pains and aches. I recently discovered that Vicks vapor rub is the best thing I’ve ever used. I didn’t know you could use it for that, but the menthol really helps. Should get yourself some and it’s a lot cheaper than Biofreeze.
