If they're magnetic around the edges, I think those big crumpled sheets of plastic early in the video may be "poster frames." Easy way to switch out kids' artwork or diamond paintings, too. And the square racks near the end may be for use in air fryers. Or I'm wrong about it all.

The elastic was probably for making face masks like during covid, the things with the zipper and clear plastic on one side you said were a cover looks like under the bed bags and if I didn't loose count there were 28 packages.

The brown things that have a zipper and are clear on one side (12:45) are under the bed storage containers so you can see what is stored inside.
